【摘要】：眾所周知,一國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展有賴于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。金融作為經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,對實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。近30年的金融改革,使得我國金融體系日趨完善,銀行總體實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng),多層次資本市場體系基本建立。但是,做為金融體系重要組成部分的我國企業(yè)融資體系當(dāng)前卻存在著一個(gè)突出的問題,即以間接融資為主的金融體系難以滿足大量尚處于成長階段、實(shí)力較弱的中小型企業(yè)的融資需求。企業(yè)在不同的生命周期中,對資金的需求方式迥異。本文在全面分析企業(yè)生命周期不同階段融資特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論和實(shí)證的角度探討了我國企業(yè)融資體系存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出完善我國企業(yè)融資體系的對策建議。 本文共分為五部分。第一部分為導(dǎo)論,首先介紹了本文研究的目的和意義,然后對國內(nèi)外研究成果進(jìn)行綜述,接著簡要介紹了本文的研究思路和方法,最后提出本文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分在將企業(yè)劃分為初創(chuàng)期、成長期、成熟期和衰退期四個(gè)發(fā)展階段的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對生命周期各階段企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概述,以此為基礎(chǔ)總結(jié)出各階段企業(yè)合理的融資方式。第三部分是在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上,針對性地研究各階段企業(yè)融資體系的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第四部分為實(shí)證分析,分別從創(chuàng)業(yè)板、上海證券交易所及三板退市企業(yè)中選擇一定數(shù)量的具有代表性的企業(yè)為樣本,研究成長期、成熟期和衰退期企業(yè)的融資狀況。第五部分是針對前文揭示的我國企業(yè)融資體系存在的問題,從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)維度提出完善我國企業(yè)融資體系的對策建議。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the sustainable development of a country's economy depends on the healthy and coordinated development of the real economy. As the core of economy, finance plays a vital role in the development of real economy. After 30 years of financial reform, China's financial system has become more and more perfect, the overall strength of banks has been strengthened, and the multi-level capital market system has been basically established. However, as an important part of the financial system, there is a prominent problem in the financing system of our country, that is, it is difficult to satisfy a large number of financial systems with indirect financing in the growing stage. The financing needs of the weaker small and medium enterprises. Enterprises in different life cycles, the demand for capital is very different. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of financing in different stages of the enterprise life cycle, this paper probes into the problems existing in the financing system of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of theory and demonstration, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the financing system of enterprises in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which first introduces the purpose and significance of this study, then summarizes the domestic and foreign research results, then briefly introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper, and finally puts forward the possible innovation points of this paper. In the second part, on the basis of dividing the enterprise into four development stages: the initial period, the growth period, the mature period and the decline period, the characteristics of the enterprises in each stage of the life cycle are summarized. On the basis of this, it summarizes the reasonable financing methods of the enterprises in each stage. On the basis of the second part, the third part studies the current situation and existing problems of enterprise financing system in different stages. The fourth part is empirical analysis, from the gem, Shanghai Stock Exchange and the third board delisting enterprises as a sample of a certain number of representative enterprises to study the growth, maturity and recession of the financing situation of enterprises. The fifth part is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the financing system of Chinese enterprises from the macro and micro dimensions in view of the problems in the financing system of our country.
