【摘要】：本文從內(nèi)資經(jīng)濟(jì)"異質(zhì)性"視角出發(fā),利用2000—2007年江蘇省分行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),動(dòng)態(tài)考察了FDI對(duì)江蘇內(nèi)資企業(yè)的行業(yè)內(nèi)與行業(yè)間的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,FDI的進(jìn)入,對(duì)江蘇省內(nèi)民營企業(yè)產(chǎn)生了明顯的"擠出"效應(yīng)而對(duì)國有企業(yè)的影響卻不顯著,FDI通過后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出促進(jìn)了民營企業(yè)產(chǎn)出的增長,但對(duì)國有企業(yè)產(chǎn)出增長的影響卻為負(fù)。其原因在于民營企業(yè)與國有企業(yè)不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇與產(chǎn)品定位。后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出是比水平溢出更重要的溢出途徑,民營企業(yè)是比國有企業(yè)更重要的技術(shù)溢出的吸收主體。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the "heterogeneity" of domestic capital economy, this paper makes use of the panel data from 2000 to 2007 in Jiangsu province to dynamically examine the technical spillover effects of FDI on intra industry and industry in Jiangsu domestic enterprises. The empirical results show that the entry of FDI has an obvious "extrusion" effect on the private enterprises in Jiangsu province and the influence on the state-owned enterprises. However, it is not significant that FDI has promoted the growth of the output of private enterprises, but the impact on the growth of state-owned enterprises is negative. The reason lies in the different industrial selection and product positioning of the private enterprises and the state-owned enterprises. The backward correlation spillover is more important than the horizontal spillover, and the private enterprise is more than the state owned enterprise. The main body of absorption of important technology spillovers.
