【摘要】：中國經(jīng)過了改革開放30年的發(fā)展歷程,已成為亞洲區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量,人民幣越來越受到亞洲許多發(fā)展中國家的青睞,在東南亞地區(qū)已有“第二美元”的稱號(hào),本文試圖從貨幣合作的角度,探究人民幣是否成為區(qū)域內(nèi)國家貨幣錨定的參考貨幣。文章回顧了亞洲區(qū)域貨幣合作特別是匯率合作所經(jīng)歷的過程,分析了美元、歐元以及日元三大國際貨幣作為亞洲區(qū)域國家參考貨幣的基礎(chǔ)正在削弱,而人民幣作為參考貨幣的條件逐漸成熟,通過實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)危機(jī)后人民幣匯率與亞洲主要國家貨幣匯率的協(xié)同性顯著提高,人民幣已經(jīng)超越美元成為區(qū)域內(nèi)主要參考貨幣。最后基于此結(jié)論,為人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become the dominant force in the regional economic development of Asia. The RMB has become more and more popular in many Asian developing countries. In Southeast Asia, it has a "second dollar" title. This article tries to explore whether RMB is the national currency anchor in the region from the point of view of monetary cooperation. The article reviews the process of regional monetary cooperation in Asia, especially exchange rate cooperation, and analyzes the weakening of the dollar, euro and yen three international currencies as the basis of national reference currencies in Asian regions, while the RMB as a reference currency is gradually mature. The coordination of the exchange rate of the people's currency and the currency exchange rate of the main Asian countries has increased significantly. The RMB has surpassed the dollar as the main reference currency in the region. Finally, based on this conclusion, the corresponding policy suggestions for the internationalization strategy of RMB are put forward.
