【摘要】：當(dāng)前，隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快，跨國(guó)投資已經(jīng)成為各國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。中國(guó)與俄羅斯均是世界大國(guó)，同時(shí)又是互為最大鄰國(guó)。兩國(guó)之間有著傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易和投資歷史。多年來(lái)，中國(guó)已經(jīng)躍升為俄羅斯第一大貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)，業(yè)已形成緊密的政治合作、經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、民間合作關(guān)系，有著很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)接、產(chǎn)業(yè)互補(bǔ)、貿(mào)易合作的傳統(tǒng)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。特別是隨著俄羅斯加入世界貿(mào)易組織，中俄兩國(guó)政府高度重視外資和外企的引進(jìn)，促進(jìn)了俄國(guó)內(nèi)投資領(lǐng)域的更加寬泛，為中國(guó)加快對(duì)俄投資帶來(lái)了難得機(jī)遇。 本文在總結(jié)中國(guó)對(duì)俄投資總體情況的基礎(chǔ)上，深入研究加快中國(guó)對(duì)俄投資的整體趨勢(shì)，，系統(tǒng)剖析中國(guó)對(duì)俄投資存在的制約因素，提出了加快中國(guó)對(duì)俄投資的政策建議，形成了《中國(guó)對(duì)俄羅斯投資問(wèn)題研究》論文。期望本文的研究成果能為加快中國(guó)對(duì)俄投資提供借鑒和參考意見。
[Abstract]:At present, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, transnational investment has become an important part of the economic and trade activities of various countries. China and Russia are both big powers in the world and are also the biggest neighbors to each other. There is a traditional history of trade and investment between the two countries. Over the years, China has leapt to become Russia's largest trading partner, has formed close political cooperation, economic and trade cooperation, folk cooperation relations, has a very good economic docking, industrial complementarity, trade cooperation tradition and advantages. In particular, with Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization, the Chinese and Russian governments attach great importance to the introduction of foreign capital and foreign enterprises, thus promoting a wider range of Russian domestic investment and bringing a rare opportunity for China to speed up investment in Russia. On the basis of summing up the general situation of Chinese investment in Russia, this paper deeply studies the overall trend of speeding up Chinese investment in Russia, systematically analyzes the restrictive factors existing in China's investment in Russia, and puts forward some policy suggestions for speeding up Chinese investment in Russia. Formed the "China's investment in Russia," the paper. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference and advice for speeding up Chinese investment in Russia.
