【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái)，隨著山東省開放水平的逐漸提高，F(xiàn)DI呈現(xiàn)出不斷增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)，山東省已經(jīng)成為FDI投資的熱點(diǎn)地區(qū)之一�？焖僭鲩L(zhǎng)的FDI不僅為山東省省內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了巨大的推動(dòng)力，促進(jìn)了山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，帶動(dòng)省內(nèi)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的展開；同時(shí)，外商投資也帶來(lái)了更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，為解決山東省剩余勞動(dòng)力，緩解山東省嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)壓力發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。因此，如何更加合理的利用FDI，提高山東省利用FDI的效益和水平，顯得尤為重要。 本文以FDI對(duì)山東省的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響效應(yīng)為研究主題，從FDI的投資來(lái)源、行業(yè)分布、投資方式等方面，系統(tǒng)分析了山東省利用FDI的現(xiàn)狀；比較分析了山東省省內(nèi)投資環(huán)境和利用FDI的變化趨勢(shì)，，分析探討了山東省在利用FDI過程中所存在的問題和瓶頸；通過建立計(jì)量模型，用線性回歸、面板模型等分析方法，對(duì)FDI與山東省GDP、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)FDI對(duì)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響作用及程度，得出的結(jié)論是山東省利用FDI有利于促進(jìn)本省GDP的增加；FDI對(duì)省內(nèi)出口的帶動(dòng)作用明顯強(qiáng)于進(jìn)口的帶動(dòng)；FDI帶動(dòng)了山東省勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)的提高，而并不是勞動(dòng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)拉動(dòng)FDI對(duì)山東的投資。最后，針對(duì)山東省利用FDI過程中存在的問題和實(shí)證分析結(jié)果，提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策，以希冀提高山東省利用FDI的效率，更好的促進(jìn)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual improvement of the opening level of Shandong Province, the trend of FDI has been increasing, and Shandong Province has become one of the hot areas of FDI investment. The rapid growth of FDI has not only provided a huge driving force for the economic development of Shandong Province, promoted the economic development of Shandong Province and promoted the development of import and export trade among enterprises in the province, but also brought more employment opportunities to foreign investment. In order to solve the surplus labor force in Shandong Province, alleviate the severe employment pressure in Shandong Province has played a pivotal role. Therefore, how to make more rational use of FDI and improve the efficiency and level of FDI in Shandong Province, it is particularly important. In this paper, the economic impact of FDI on Shandong Province as the research theme, from the sources of FDI investment, industry distribution, investment mode and other aspects, the paper systematically analyzes the current situation of FDI utilization in Shandong Province; This paper compares and analyzes the changing trend of investment environment and using FDI in Shandong Province, analyzes and discusses the problems and bottlenecks existing in the process of using FDI in Shandong Province, establishes the measurement model, uses linear regression, panel model, and so on. This paper makes an empirical test on FDI and Shandong Province's GDP, import and export trade, labor force employment, and further understands the influence and extent of FDI on Shandong's economic development. The conclusion is that the use of FDI in Shandong Province can promote the increase of GDP in Shandong Province, the driving effect of GDP on the export of Shandong Province is obviously stronger than that of imported FDI, which leads to the improvement of the employment of labor force in Shandong Province. But is not the labor force superiority pulls the FDI to Shandong's investment. Finally, in view of the existing problems in the process of using FDI in Shandong Province and the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to improve the efficiency of using FDI in Shandong Province and promote the economic development of Shandong Province better.
