【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，更是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整升級(jí)既是社會(huì)對(duì)資源的優(yōu)化配置過程，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。金融業(yè)能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、升級(jí)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)生不可替代的支持作用，途徑可以通過引導(dǎo)投資方向來完成。山東省一直以來都非常重視經(jīng)濟(jì)和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展，但是與廣東省、浙江省等經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)省相比，山東省無論是在生產(chǎn)總值比例，還是在勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面都存在一定差距。所以要推動(dòng)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展，必要途徑就是推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)。 本文正是以此為背景，選擇產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)中的金融支持作用為研究對(duì)象。根據(jù)金融學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，首先運(yùn)用近年來的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)山東省金融支持現(xiàn)狀與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的演進(jìn)歷程進(jìn)行了具體介紹，指出山東省目前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展存在的問題，如與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)省相比產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在差距、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不相符等；其次對(duì)山東省金融發(fā)展對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的支持作用進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析；最后根據(jù)前文理論分析和實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果，針對(duì)山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和金融發(fā)展中現(xiàn)存的問題，提出了促進(jìn)山東省金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的政策建議。 通過以上的理論研究和實(shí)證分析，本文得出以下結(jié)論：金融支持的模式主要有兩種，即銀行主導(dǎo)型金融支持模式和資本市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)型金融支持模式。這兩種支持模式在發(fā)揮金融功能、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)方面各具優(yōu)勢(shì)，，適合為不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)提供融資服務(wù)。另一方面，通過設(shè)計(jì)多個(gè)衡量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，說明了山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和金融支持兩者之間不僅具有長期均衡關(guān)系，而且存在相互的因果關(guān)系。從實(shí)證角度證明了金融對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有支持作用。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of modern economy and an important part of market economy. The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure is not only the process of optimizing social allocation of resources, but also the important symbol of economic development. The financial industry can adjust, upgrade and optimize the industrial structure to produce irreplaceable support function, which can be accomplished by guiding the investment direction. Shandong Province has always attached great importance to economic and agricultural development, but compared with Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province and other economically strong provinces, Shandong Province has a certain gap in both the proportion of GDP and the structure of labor force employment. Therefore, to promote the rapid and sound economic development of Shandong Province, the necessary way is to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. This article chooses the financial support function in the industrial structure upgrading as the research object. According to the theory knowledge of finance and industrial economics, this paper introduces the current situation of financial support and the evolution of industrial structure in Shandong Province by using the economic data in recent years. This paper points out the problems existing in the development of industrial structure in Shandong Province, such as the disparity between industrial structure and other strong economic provinces, and the inconformity between industrial structure and employment structure of labor force, etc. Secondly, it makes an empirical analysis on the supporting effect of Shandong financial development on the upgrading of industrial structure. Finally, according to the results of the previous theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, aiming at the existing problems in the upgrading of industrial structure and financial development in Shandong Province, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the upgrading of financial support industry structure in Shandong Province. Based on the above theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: there are two kinds of financial support models, namely, bank oriented financial support and capital market oriented financial support. These two support modes have their own advantages in financial function and industrial structure upgrading, and are suitable to provide financing services for different industries. On the other hand, by designing a number of indicators for empirical research, it is shown that there is not only a long-term equilibrium relationship but also a causal relationship between the upgrading of industrial structure and financial support in Shandong Province. From the empirical point of view, it proves that finance can support the upgrading of industrial structure.
