【摘要】：在我國,中小企業(yè)對(duì)促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著重要作用,在推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增加經(jīng)濟(jì)活力、推動(dòng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面起著重要的作用。我國中小企業(yè)規(guī)模小、經(jīng)營不甚規(guī)范等特點(diǎn),決定了其在融資上存在難度大且渠道單一的問題,這些困難的存在嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,在政府支持與市場需求的共同推動(dòng)下,以緩解中小企業(yè)融資難、擔(dān)保難的融資性擔(dān)保公司應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 宜賓TZ融資擔(dān)保公司(簡稱TZ擔(dān)保公司)成立于2013年初,目前是四川省宜賓市大型融資擔(dān)保公司之一,主要從事貸款擔(dān)保、票據(jù)承兌擔(dān)保等融資性擔(dān)保業(yè)務(wù)。公司在成立的半年時(shí)間里取得了良好的成績,獲得當(dāng)?shù)亟鹑谵k領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及業(yè)界同行的高度認(rèn)可,為當(dāng)?shù)刂行∑髽I(yè)融資提供了便利。 但是,TZ擔(dān)保公司在發(fā)展過程中仍存在著問題,如營銷方式單一、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)滯后、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制不健全、公司信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程緩慢等問題。作為公司的一名高層管理者,筆者期望通過運(yùn)用所學(xué)管理知識(shí)對(duì)公司的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展進(jìn)行深入的探究,找出公司的發(fā)展瓶頸和問題所在原因,并制定合理可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以此促進(jìn)TZ擔(dān)保公司的全面健康與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 全文共分成五章： 第一章緒論。本章簡要闡述了本文的研究背景、研究對(duì)象以及研究內(nèi)容,并給出了本文研究的內(nèi)容框架和方法。 第二章宜賓TZ融資擔(dān)保公司的概況。本章介紹了公司成立的背景、發(fā)展歷程以及現(xiàn)階段公司存在的主要問題。 第三章宜賓TZ融資擔(dān)保公司戰(zhàn)略分析。本章首先簡要闡述了何謂企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理,其次分別運(yùn)用PEST分析法和五力分析法深入分析了公司面臨的外部宏觀、微觀環(huán)境,最后進(jìn)行公司的SWOT分析,剖析公司具備優(yōu)劣勢所對(duì)應(yīng)的原因,為公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定做鋪墊。 第四章宜賓TZ融資擔(dān)保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定。在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)之上確定公司發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定了總體戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略。 第五章宜賓TZ融資擔(dān)保公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與控制。本章圍繞如何有效地保障公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施展開分析,針對(duì)公司存在的問題給出解決建議,對(duì)解決辦法實(shí)施中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行控制,并對(duì)解決措施進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)和調(diào)整。 本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)知識(shí),站在公司發(fā)展和客戶需求的雙重角度,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理等相關(guān)知識(shí),考慮了公司外部宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部微觀因素,結(jié)合地域特色和行業(yè)特征,針對(duì)性地制定適合Tz擔(dān)保公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和措施。 筆者通過在西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)兩年EMBA課程的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)自身所在的TZ擔(dān)保公司發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析,并給出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,文中提到的部分建議措施正在實(shí)施中。如果本文也能對(duì)同行業(yè)相關(guān)融資機(jī)構(gòu)以及擔(dān)保公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有一些參考價(jià)值,筆者將感到無比欣慰。 當(dāng)然,由于筆者的知識(shí)有限,文中難免有錯(cuò)誤和疏漏之處,懇請(qǐng)各位老師學(xué)者不吝賜教。在此,謹(jǐn)以忠心的感謝!
[Abstract]:In China, small and medium enterprises play an important role in promoting the development of the national economy. It plays an important role in promoting the development of the local economy, increasing the economic vitality and promoting the technological innovation. The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have the characteristics of small scale and unstandard operation, which have determined the difficulties and the single channel of the financing. These difficulties are difficult. The existence of the SMEs has seriously hindered the development of small and medium enterprises in our country. Therefore, under the mutual promotion of government support and market demand, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is difficult to relieve, and the financing Guarantee Corporation of security difficulty arises at the historic moment.
Yibin TZ financing Guarantee Corporation (TZ Guarantee Corporation) was established in early 2013. It is currently one of the large financing Guarantee Corporation of Yibin City, mainly engaged in financing guarantee such as loan guarantee, bill acceptance guarantee and so on. The company achieved good results in the half a year of the establishment, and obtained the leadership of the local finance office and the industry colleagues. Highly recognized, for local SMEs financing convenience.
However, there are still problems in the development process of the TZ Guarantee Corporation, such as the single marketing mode, the lag of team building, the unsound risk management mechanism and the slow process of the construction of the company information. As a senior manager of the company, the author expects to explore the management and development of the company deeply through the use of the management knowledge. Find out the bottlenecks and causes of the company's development, and formulate reasonable and feasible development strategies, so as to promote the comprehensive health and sustainable development of TZ Guarantee Corporation.
The full text is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter briefly describes the research background, research objects and research contents of this paper, and gives the framework and method of this study.
The second chapter is the overview of Yibin TZ financing Guarantee Corporation. This chapter introduces the background, the development course and the main problems of the company.
The third chapter is the strategic analysis of Yibin TZ financing Guarantee Corporation. Firstly, this chapter briefly describes the strategic management of enterprise. Secondly, we use PEST analysis and five force analysis to analyze the external macro and micro environment of the company. Finally, the company's SWOT analysis is carried out, and the reasons for the company's advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the development of the company is made for the company's development. Make a paving for the formulation of the strategy.
The fourth chapter of Yibin TZ financing Guarantee corporation development strategy formulation. On the basis of the previous analysis, the guiding ideology and strategic objectives of the company development are determined, and the overall strategy and competitive strategy are formulated.
The fifth chapter of Yibin TZ financing Guarantee corporation strategic implementation and control. This chapter focuses on how to effectively guarantee the implementation of the company's development strategy to analyze the implementation of the company's existing problems, to control the possible risks in the implementation of the solution, and the dynamic evaluation and adjustment of the solution measures.
The innovation point is to use the knowledge of enterprise strategic management, stand in the dual angle of company development and customer demand, use the knowledge of enterprise strategic management and so on, consider the external macro environment and internal microcosmic factors of the company, combine the regional characteristics and industry characteristics, and formulate the development strategy and measures suitable for the Tz Guarantee Corporation.
Through the study of the two-year EMBA course in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the development of the TZ Guarantee Corporation in which it is located, and gives some suggestions for improvement. There will be some reference value for the exhibition, and I will feel great relief.
Of course, due to the limited knowledge of the author, there are unavoidable errors and omissions in the text. I would like to invite all the teachers and scholars to give you advice.
