【摘要】：通過對(duì)兩種市場(chǎng)中各種債券類型在期限結(jié)構(gòu)、利率結(jié)構(gòu)、交易平臺(tái)、和債券持有者構(gòu)成等方面的對(duì)比,可以看出中國(guó)債券產(chǎn)品的種類、結(jié)構(gòu)都比較單一;產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不夠;政策支持不靈活;交易平臺(tái)、中介機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)還沒有跟上。盡管如此,中國(guó)債券市場(chǎng)未來(lái)的發(fā)展空間仍然巨大。
[Abstract]:By comparing various bond types in the two markets in terms of term structure, interest rate structure, trading platform, and bondholder composition, we can see that the types and structures of Chinese bond products are relatively single, the product and technology innovation is not enough, and so on. Policy support is inflexible; trading platform, intermediary construction has not kept up with. Nevertheless, the future development of China's bond market is still huge.
