【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟實力的不斷增強，對外貿(mào)易的依存度也不斷提高。外貿(mào)企業(yè)受到匯率波動的影響也越來越大。自從2005年人民幣匯率市場化改革以來，人民幣對美元持續(xù)升值（本文主要探討人民幣對美元的升值情況，以下同），使得以美元結算的一些外貿(mào)企業(yè)的進出口業(yè)務受到了很大的沖擊�？陀^地講，人民幣升值對我國的外貿(mào)企業(yè)有利有弊。其積極影響是，人民幣升值可以加快企業(yè)的轉型升級，提高自身的競爭力，加快企業(yè)實施“走出去”的步伐，同時還可以有效地減少對外貿(mào)易摩擦。但不利影響也很明顯，人民幣升值會極大地增加外貿(mào)企業(yè)的出口壓力，減少外貿(mào)企業(yè)的出口創(chuàng)匯收入及利潤水平，同時還增加了匯率波動的風險，從而加大了外貿(mào)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營風險。從珠海的情況看，珠海外貿(mào)企業(yè)依托自身的有利位置，積極貫徹實施國家的對外開放政策。經(jīng)過改革開放30多年的發(fā)展，珠海的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展早已融入到全球經(jīng)濟一體化的過程之中。因此，本文以珠海外貿(mào)企業(yè)為例，分析人民幣升值背景下珠海外貿(mào)企業(yè)面臨的問題及主要對策。 文章主要由以下內(nèi)容所構成。在緒論部分，文章分析了研究的背景和研究意義，并對國內(nèi)外的研究狀況進行了綜述。隨后，文章分析了研究影響匯率波動的一些基礎理論，為論文的寫作打下了理論基礎。緊接著，文章分析了人民幣升值對珠海外貿(mào)企業(yè)的正面和負面影響。外貿(mào)企業(yè)應該正視人民幣升值造成的不利影響，積極利用正面影響改善其貿(mào)易狀況。為了有效應對人民幣升值所導致的不利影響，文章提出了具體的應對之策。如加快企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的轉型升級，增加對外直接投資，合理利用金融工具規(guī)避匯率風險，，開辟海外生產(chǎn)基地等。值得注意的是，在本部分，文章分析了應對人民幣升值的一些新型措施，這也是本文的一大亮點。在文章的最后，以珠海XX針織有限公司為例，具體分析人民幣升值背景下外貿(mào)企業(yè)面臨的問題，以及企業(yè)的主要應對之策。
[Abstract]:Along with our country's economic strength unceasingly enhancement, the foreign trade dependence degree also unceasingly enhances. Foreign trade enterprises are also increasingly affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Since the RMB exchange rate marketization reform in 2005, the RMB has continuously appreciated against the US dollar (this paper mainly discusses the appreciation of the RMB against the US dollar. As a result, the import and export business of some foreign trade enterprises settled in US dollars has been greatly impacted. Objectively speaking, RMB appreciation has both advantages and disadvantages for China's foreign trade enterprises. The positive effect is that RMB appreciation can accelerate the transformation and upgrade of enterprises, improve their own competitiveness, accelerate the pace of enterprises'"going out", and at the same time, it can effectively reduce foreign trade friction. However, the adverse effects are also very obvious. The appreciation of the RMB will greatly increase the export pressure of foreign trade enterprises, reduce the export earnings and profit levels of foreign trade enterprises, and at the same time increase the risk of exchange rate fluctuations. Thus increased the foreign trade enterprise's management risk. According to the situation of Zhuhai, Zhuhai foreign trade enterprises actively carry out the national policy of opening to the outside world, relying on their own favorable position. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, Zhuhai's economic development has been integrated into the process of global economic integration. Therefore, this paper takes Zhuhai foreign trade enterprises as an example to analyze the problems faced by Zhuhai foreign trade enterprises under the background of RMB appreciation and the main countermeasures. The article is mainly composed of the following contents. In the introduction part, the paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad. Then, the paper analyzes some basic theories that influence the exchange rate fluctuation, which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of the thesis. Then, the article analyzes the positive and negative effects of RMB appreciation on Zhuhai foreign trade enterprises. Foreign trade enterprises should face up to the adverse effects of RMB appreciation and make positive use of positive effects to improve their trade situation. In order to effectively deal with the adverse effects of RMB appreciation, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures. Such as speeding up the transformation and upgrading of enterprise products, increasing foreign direct investment, reasonably using financial instruments to avoid exchange rate risk, opening up overseas production bases, etc. It is worth noting that, in this part, the article analyzes some new measures to deal with RMB appreciation, which is also one of the highlights of this paper. At the end of the article, taking Zhuhai XX knitting co., Ltd as an example, the paper analyzes the problems faced by foreign trade enterprises under the background of RMB appreciation, and the main countermeasures of the enterprises.
