安徽省A小額貸款公司的SWOT分析

【摘要】:小額貸款公司的出現(xiàn)是金融不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果。因?yàn)樵诂F(xiàn)有的金融服務(wù)體系下,無(wú)法更好的為中小企業(yè)和農(nóng)戶提供金融服務(wù),而小額貸款公司的設(shè)立就是為了幫助他們解決融資難的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而有利于激活農(nóng)村的金融市場(chǎng)以及打破銀行等金融機(jī)構(gòu)的壟斷地位,小額貸款公司可以為更多具有不同金融需求的客戶提供差異化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)?墒菍(shí)際情況是小額貸款公司屬于股份制公司,以市場(chǎng)為主要經(jīng)營(yíng)原則,從自身的利益角度出發(fā),而中小企業(yè)以及農(nóng)戶一般來(lái)說(shuō)屬于資金的需求方,是信貸市場(chǎng)的弱勢(shì)群體,再加上小額貸款公司本身的管理不完善、制度的設(shè)計(jì)存在一定缺陷,現(xiàn)在很多公司陷入了經(jīng)營(yíng)困境,無(wú)法達(dá)到設(shè)立小額貸款公司的初衷。 本文以安徽省A小額貸款公司為例展開(kāi)調(diào)查和研究,,以SWOT分析為主要研究方法。本文第一部分介紹了安徽省A小額貸款公司的基本情況以及詳細(xì)描述了公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)特色。 本文第二部分采用SWOT研究方法,分別從優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)以及威脅這四個(gè)角度對(duì)小額貸款公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、資金監(jiān)管等方面展開(kāi)調(diào)查,這是本文的主要內(nèi)容。首先分析了安徽省A小額貸款公司發(fā)展的有利因素,公司采用的是最新版本的質(zhì)量管理體系IS09001:2008;在充分發(fā)揮其“短、小、快”的經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)下,積極創(chuàng)新?lián)7绞,推行?lián)貸聯(lián)保的貸款模式。其次揭示了公司所存在的一些問(wèn)題,分別從公司的性質(zhì)、資金的來(lái)源、稅收負(fù)擔(dān)以及征信接口缺失等方面進(jìn)行闡述。然后針對(duì)這些情況提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,公司應(yīng)該創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品服務(wù),可以采用“授信額度”的貸款方式以及“小額信貸—農(nóng)業(yè)公司—農(nóng)戶”等信貸模式;根據(jù)國(guó)家的政策規(guī)定還可以選擇發(fā)展成為專業(yè)貸款公司、社區(qū)民營(yíng)銀行或者是村鎮(zhèn)銀行。最后分析公司可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)控股權(quán)改變、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加大等問(wèn)題。 本文的第三部分是根據(jù)上述的分析分別提出S-O、S-T、W-O和W-T戰(zhàn)略,為實(shí)現(xiàn)小額貸款公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。 本文的第四部分是結(jié)論,小額貸款公司是金融發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果,符合時(shí)代的發(fā)展潮流,小額貸款公司要充分發(fā)揮其“短、小、快”的優(yōu)勢(shì),積極引導(dǎo)農(nóng)村的金融創(chuàng)新,努力拓展中小企業(yè)的融資渠道,真正成為解決中小企業(yè)和“三農(nóng)”融資問(wèn)題的重要力量。
[Abstract]:The emergence of microfinance companies is the result of continuous financial development and innovation. Because under the existing financial services system, it is impossible to provide better financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers, and microfinance companies have been set up to help them solve the problem of financing difficulties. In order to activate the rural financial market and break the monopoly position of banks and other financial institutions, microfinance companies can provide more customers with different financial needs with differentiated products and services. However, the actual situation is that small loan companies belong to joint-stock companies, taking the market as the main operating principle and proceeding from the angle of their own interests, while small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers generally belong to the demand side of funds, which is a weak group in the credit market. In addition, the management of microfinance companies itself is not perfect, there are some defects in the design of the system, now many companies are in a business dilemma, unable to achieve the original intention of setting up microfinance companies. In this paper, A small loan company in Anhui Province as an example to investigate and research, with SWOT analysis as the main research method. The first part of this paper introduces the basic situation of A small loan Company in Anhui Province and describes the management characteristics of the company in detail. The second part of this paper uses SWOT research method, respectively from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from these four aspects of the micro-credit company business model, capital supervision and other aspects of the investigation, which is the main content of this paper. First of all, it analyzes the favorable factors for the development of A Microloan Company in Anhui Province. The company adopts the latest version of the quality management system IS09001: 2008. Under the condition of giving full play to its advantages of "short, small and fast", it actively innovates the guarantee method. Carry out the loan mode of joint loan guarantee. Secondly, it reveals some problems in the company, including the nature of the company, the source of funds, the tax burden and the lack of credit interface. Then put forward the corresponding solutions to these situations, the company should innovate products and services, can use "credit line" loan and "micro-credit-agricultural company-farmer" and other credit models; According to the national policy also can choose to develop into professional loan companies, community private banks or village banks. Finally, the company may appear control changes, increased risk and other issues. According to the above analysis, the third part of this paper puts forward the strategies of S-OFS-TGW-O and W-T, which can provide some reference for the sustainable development of micro-credit companies. The fourth part of this paper is the conclusion that microfinance companies are the result of financial development and innovation, in line with the development trend of the times, microfinance companies should give full play to their advantages of "short, small and fast" and actively guide rural financial innovation. Efforts to expand the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, really become an important force to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
