【摘要】：貨幣錯配分為債權(quán)型和債務(wù)型兩類。新興大國貨幣錯配具有債權(quán)型特征,與債務(wù)型貨幣錯配比較,它對匯率升值非常敏感,容易患上"高儲蓄兩難綜合癥",錯配風(fēng)險集中于政府,其影響因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)及傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制也具有不同特點。目前,新興大國貨幣錯配現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,且債權(quán)型特征突出,需要根據(jù)其特征采取有效措施進(jìn)行治理。
[Abstract]:Currency mismatch is divided into two types: creditor's rights and debt. Currency mismatch of emerging big countries has the characteristics of creditor's rights. Compared with debt-type currency mismatch, currency mismatch is very sensitive to exchange rate appreciation, and it is prone to suffer from "high savings dilemma syndrome". The mismatch risk is concentrated on the government and its influencing factors. Economic effects and conduction mechanisms also have different characteristics. At present, the phenomenon of currency mismatch in emerging powers is serious, and the creditor's rights are prominent, so it is necessary to take effective measures to deal with it.
