【摘要】：本文旨在探討在噪音交易較多的中國股票市場中,公司治理對股價(jià)同步性的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,以控制權(quán)和現(xiàn)金流權(quán)之差度量的超額控制權(quán)和股價(jià)同步性之間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,機(jī)構(gòu)持股加強(qiáng)了這種負(fù)向關(guān)系。進(jìn)一步,本文采用南開治理指數(shù)和配對方法對公司治理綜合指標(biāo)和股價(jià)同步性進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)治理好的公司表現(xiàn)出更高的股價(jià)同步性和更好的未來盈余。本文研究表明,當(dāng)噪音交易是股價(jià)同步性的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素時(shí),較差的公司治理,特別是較高的超額控制權(quán),會(huì)增加基本面的不確定性,吸引較多的噪音交易,進(jìn)而降低股價(jià)同步性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of corporate governance on stock price synchronization in China where noise trading is more frequent. The empirical results show that there is a significant negative correlation between excess control and stock price synchronism measured by the difference between control right and cash flow right, which is strengthened by institutional shareholding. Furthermore, this paper uses Nankai governance index and pairing method to study the comprehensive index of corporate governance and the synchronism of stock price. It is found that the well-governed company shows higher stock price synchronization and better future earnings. This paper shows that when noise trading is the main driving factor of stock price synchronism, poor corporate governance, especially higher excess control, will increase fundamental uncertainty and attract more noise transactions. And then reduce the synchronization of stock prices.
