【摘要】：興業(yè)銀行是1988年成立的一家商業(yè)銀行。在高度同質化的金融服務市場中，興業(yè)銀行保持著強有力的發(fā)展勢頭、強大的創(chuàng)新能力和不斷上升的市場份額。獨樹一幟的企業(yè)文化是其能夠迅速擴張、實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的核心競爭力之一。研究興業(yè)銀行文化體系有利于推動興業(yè)銀行文化建設，同時也為中國商業(yè)銀行文化研究提供實例分析，為進一步研究企業(yè)文化與核心競爭力的關系提供了借鑒。 本文從商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)文化及商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的理論出發(fā)，首先對企業(yè)文化及核心競爭力的關系進行了分析，并構建了企業(yè)文化與核心競爭力的內驅力模型。其次分析了興業(yè)銀行文化建設的現(xiàn)狀、特色以及文化建設過程中所面臨的問題，具體問題包括企業(yè)文化建設缺乏持久動力，，企業(yè)文化對整個體系滲透不足，高層管理者對企業(yè)文化建設不夠重視等。 最后結合理論與興業(yè)銀行的實際情況，基于內部驅動模型分析了企業(yè)文化與核心競爭力之間的關系，構建了基于核心競爭力的興業(yè)銀行企業(yè)建設體系，從精神層、制度層、行為層以及產品層四個方面全面構建了興業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)文化體系�；谂d業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的提升，給出了提升興業(yè)銀行文化體系競爭力的一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:Xingye Bank is a commercial bank established in 1988. In the highly homogeneous financial service market, Xingye Bank maintains a strong momentum of development, strong innovation ability and rising market share. The unique enterprise culture is one of the core competitiveness of its rapid expansion and the realization of leapfrog development. The cultural system of the industry bank is beneficial to the promotion of the cultural construction of the Xingye Bank, and also provides an example for the cultural research of Chinese commercial banks, and provides a reference for further research on the relationship between corporate culture and core competitiveness.
Starting from the theory of corporate culture and the core competitiveness of commercial banks, this paper first analyzes the relationship between enterprise culture and core competitiveness, and constructs an internal drive model of enterprise culture and core competitiveness. Secondly, it analyzes the present, characteristic and cultural construction process of the culture construction of Xingye Bank. The problems include the lack of lasting power in the construction of enterprise culture, the lack of corporate culture in the whole system, and the lack of emphasis on the construction of corporate culture by senior managers.
Finally, based on the actual situation of theory and Xingye Bank, based on the internal driving model, the relationship between enterprise culture and core competitiveness is analyzed, and the enterprise construction system of Xingye Bank Based on the core competitiveness is constructed, and the enterprise culture system of Xingye Bank is constructed from four aspects of the spirit layer, the system layer, the behavior layer and the product layer. Based on the promotion of Xingye Bank's core competitiveness, some policy suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the Industrial Bank's culture system are given.
