【摘要】：隨著風(fēng)險投資業(yè)在我國的快速發(fā)展,風(fēng)險投資也日漸成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟增長的強大助推器,風(fēng)險投資的相關(guān)研究也越來越受到社會各界的重視。中創(chuàng)投作為國內(nèi)發(fā)展較早的風(fēng)險投資機構(gòu)之一,在近幾年得到高速發(fā)展的同時,也面臨著前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。如何提高中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資的決策效率、如何改進中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系和方法等問題都迫切需要解決。 論文首先對風(fēng)險投資的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了系統(tǒng)的綜述；對風(fēng)險投資相關(guān)概念和基本理論進行了詳細的介紹；對中創(chuàng)投公司的基本情況進行了簡要的說明,從理論和實踐的結(jié)合上,為中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估研究奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。其次,論文深刻分析了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資現(xiàn)狀,重點剖析了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系和選擇方法；分析中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資存在的主要問題,指出了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系和評估方法所存在的問題。繼之,論文提出了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系的改進思路,改進了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系,并對改進后的指標(biāo)體系進行了詳細的說明；構(gòu)建TOPSIS方法對風(fēng)險投資項目的進行評價,并分析了該方法與原有方法相比所具有的優(yōu)勢。最后,論文運用改進的風(fēng)險投資項目評估指標(biāo)體系和TOPSIS方法進行實證分析,從而驗證改進評估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of venture capital industry in China, venture capital is becoming a powerful booster of modern economic growth. As one of the early venture capital institutions in China, China Venture Capital has been developing rapidly in recent years, but it is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to improve the decision-making efficiency of venture capital and how to improve the evaluation index system and method of venture capital project need to be solved urgently. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of venture capital research at home and abroad, introduces the related concepts and basic theories of venture capital in detail, and gives a brief description of the basic situation of venture capital company. From the combination of theory and practice, it lays a solid foundation for venture capital project evaluation. Secondly, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation of venture capital in China, focusing on the evaluation index system and selection method of venture capital projects, and analyzes the main problems of venture capital in venture capital. The problems in the evaluation index system and evaluation method of venture capital project are pointed out. Secondly, the paper puts forward the idea of improving the evaluation index system of venture capital project, improves the evaluation index system of venture capital project, and explains the improved index system in detail. The TOPSIS method is constructed to evaluate the venture capital project, and the advantages of this method compared with the original method are analyzed. Finally, the paper uses the improved venture capital project evaluation index system and the TOPSIS method to carry on the empirical analysis, thus validates the effectiveness of the improved evaluation method.
