【摘要】：吳念魯,重慶人,我國(guó)著名國(guó)際金融學(xué)家,享受國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼。曾任中國(guó)國(guó)際金融學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)兼秘書長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)金融學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事兼副秘書長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)銀行國(guó)際金融研究所所長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)銀行盧森堡分行行長(zhǎng)、《國(guó)際金融研究》雜志主編,曾赴西德商業(yè)銀行和瑞士銀行及瑞士圣加侖經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院進(jìn)修�，F(xiàn)任中國(guó)國(guó)際金融學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中國(guó)人民銀行研究生部學(xué)術(shù)委員、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,北京交通大學(xué)中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究中心副主任、教授,中國(guó)人民大學(xué)、南開大學(xué)、對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、東北財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)等高等院校兼職教授。吳念魯長(zhǎng)期從事國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)金融研究、實(shí)務(wù)與教學(xué)工作,主持多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)課題研究,取得了大量科研成果并撰寫和主編了近20本金融專著與教材,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文300多篇。有些在香港和國(guó)外報(bào)刊上轉(zhuǎn)載,有的獲得全國(guó)性獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。此外,他還主持了全國(guó)"八五"重點(diǎn)課題《西方主要資本市場(chǎng)及我國(guó)對(duì)外籌資選擇》,《中國(guó)外債模型》,以及2009年《中國(guó)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)安全報(bào)告》等項(xiàng)目的研究。他的研究領(lǐng)域主要涉及國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)金融的諸多方面,尤其在國(guó)際收支,外匯儲(chǔ)備,人民幣匯率研究,外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其防范,商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理等方面有很深的造詣和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他積極參與我國(guó)金融體制改革,特別是外匯體制的改革。他的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)和商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)管理念在國(guó)內(nèi)外具有較大的影響。
[Abstract]:Wu Nianlu, a Chongqing native, enjoys a special allowance from the State Council. Former Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Society of International Finance, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Finance Society, Director of the Institute of International Finance of the Bank of China, President of the Luxembourg Branch of the Bank of China, editor of the Journal of International Financial Research, He has studied at the Commercial Bank of West Germany, the Swiss Bank and the St. Gallen School of Economics. He is currently the executive director of the China Society of International Finance, an academic member of the Graduate Department of the people's Bank of China, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, a professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics, a doctoral supervisor, and a deputy director of the China Industrial Security Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University. Part-time professor at Renmin University of China, Nankai University, University of Foreign Economics and Trade, Wuhan University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Northeast University of Finance and Economics, etc. Wu Nianlu has long been engaged in international economic and financial research, practical and teaching work, presided over a number of state-level key research, has achieved a large number of scientific research results, and has written and edited nearly 20 financial monographs and textbooks, and published more than 300 academic papers. Some are reproduced in Hong Kong and foreign newspapers, and some have won national awards. In addition, he also presided over the research on the key topics of the eighth Five-Year Plan of China, "Major Western Capital Markets and China's external financing options", "China's external debt Model", and "China Financial Industry Safety report" in 2009. His research field mainly involves many aspects of international and domestic finance, especially in the international balance of payments, foreign exchange reserve, RMB exchange rate research, foreign exchange risk and its prevention, commercial bank management and other aspects have deep attainments and practical experience. He actively participated in the reform of China's financial system, especially the reform of the foreign exchange system. His academic point of view and commercial bank management concept have great influence at home and abroad.
