【摘要】：在晉商票號中,分紅制度主要分為身股和銀股。銀股是提供資金入股而取得紅利；身股是指資深的掌柜和店員以其優(yōu)秀的才能和貢獻入股,不必投入資金即可分得紅利’。分紅制度在20世紀30年代浙江工商行業(yè)中也比較盛行,分紅方式主要為二八開或三七分2。平湖老鼎豐醬園也有類似的分紅利制度,但其派彩方式與晉商中的銀股和身股分紅,以及浙商中普遍存在的店主與伙友三七開的分紅都存在一定差異。本文從分析平湖老鼎豐醬園前期(1895-1905年)和后期(1925-1935年)的派彩入手,梳理兩個時期平湖老鼎豐醬園派彩的基本情況。并試圖發(fā)現平湖老鼎豐醬園派彩方式的特征及其變化,進而嘗試對其原因做出分析。 平湖老鼎豐醬園的前期派彩方式經歷一個從一元派彩方式到二元派彩方式轉變的過程。即醬園的派彩數額由一個整體到分成兩部分派到醬園各個部門。后期派彩方式又再次整合為一種派彩方式,但派彩的實質內容較前期已經出現了明顯的變化。平湖老鼎豐醬園派彩方式的另一個特點是基于年俸為基礎的派彩方式,也就是說平湖老鼎豐醬園職員派彩的多少是與其年俸掛鉤的。特別是在后一個時期,醬園某些部門職工的年派彩額已超出年俸,這就反映出分紅派彩已構成了職工的主要收入來源。 平湖老鼎豐醬園前期和后期派彩方式變化的原因之一是平湖老鼎豐生產效益的增加。生產效益增加的一個現象是平湖老鼎豐醬園醬油產品在平湖市場高額占有率,另外平湖所處的有利地理位置和交通條件為其外銷創(chuàng)造了條件,使得平湖老鼎豐醬園超出一般醬園地產地銷的模式。這些都說明了老鼎豐產品市場化的傾向,但還不能完全解釋老鼎豐醬園這種特殊市場指向性的原因。通過對平湖老鼎豐醬園貨源物價變動與產品物價變動相關性分析,同時計算兩者與這一時期上海市批發(fā)物價指數的相關系數,從統(tǒng)計數據上進一步論證平湖老鼎豐醬園生產與市場的緊密關系。醬園營銷方式的轉變,使得醬園的管理層人員承擔了醬園管理工作的核心,這種轉變也體現在醬園派彩向管理人員的傾斜。平湖老鼎豐醬園后期與市場的緊密關系更為明顯。例如,產品包裝采用瓶裝、進行廣告宣傳、用電力和電話、置辦乳磨馬達等。這些更新部分替代了平湖老鼎豐醬園司工的工作,也就使得司工人員在醬園后期派彩份額比例下降。總之,派彩方式的變化與平湖老鼎豐管理方式的變更有著密切關系。 平湖老鼎豐醬園內部的派彩分紅,是一種對醬園職員的獎勵制度。這種獎勵既是對醬園職員工作的肯定,也體現著職員對醬園的貢獻程度。其前期和后期派彩方式的差異性,一定程度上反映了平湖老鼎豐醬園前期和后期生產經營上的變化。這種變化是為了適應新的市場環(huán)境,而做出的局部調整政策。從這些調整來看,平湖老鼎豐醬園這樣的“傳統(tǒng)”手工業(yè)在近代化的沖擊下,并非坐以待斃,而是積極有為,努力創(chuàng)造業(yè)績。

This paper attempts to find out the characteristics and changes of the color scheme of the old Dingfeng sauce garden in Pinghu , and tries to find out the characteristics and the change of the color scheme of the old Dingfeng sauce garden in Pinghu , and then try to analyze the reason .


In the early stage of the old Ding Feng soy garden , Pinghu experienced a process of shifting from one element to two . That is , the color of the sauce is divided into two parts from one element to the other . In the later stage , the color scheme is integrated into one kind of color scheme , but the material content of the school is more obvious than that of the previous period . Especially in the latter period , the annual salary of the staff in the sauce garden has exceeded the annual salaries , which reflects that the dividend pie has constituted the main source of income of the staff .


One of the reasons for the change of the production efficiency of the old Dingfeng soy sauce in Pinghu is the increase of the production efficiency of the old Dingfeng soy sauce . The change of the marketing mode of the sauce garden makes the management personnel of the sauce bear the close relationship with the market . For example , the product packaging adopts bottled , advertising campaign , power and telephone , and the milk grinding motor etc . The changes of the color scheme are closely related to the change of the old Dingfeng management mode of PingHu .


This kind of incentive is not only to adapt to the new market environment , but also to reflect the changes in the production and operation in the early and late stages of the old Dingfeng sauce garden .
