【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加快,國(guó)際間資本流動(dòng)也越來(lái)越活躍,許多發(fā)展中國(guó)家開(kāi)始向發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)行直接投資,其動(dòng)機(jī)之一便是期望能夠通過(guò)對(duì)外直接投資獲取國(guó)外先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)從東道國(guó)向母國(guó)企業(yè)的反向技術(shù)溢出。我國(guó)作為最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,多年來(lái)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的大力施行使得現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資水平具有了相當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模,其對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各方面的影響也越來(lái)越顯著。關(guān)于技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),之前大多數(shù)學(xué)者主要關(guān)注于外商直接投資以及國(guó)際貿(mào)易方面,對(duì)于對(duì)外直接投資的反向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)研究起步較晚,我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的迅速發(fā)展是否真正能夠帶動(dòng)提高國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平,這一論題的研究將具有深刻的理論以及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文總共分為五部分,以我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資為研究對(duì)象,探究其對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)水平的反向促進(jìn)效果。第一部分介紹文章的選題背景、研究意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家關(guān)于對(duì)外直接投資反向技術(shù)溢出的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述,進(jìn)而剖析了反向技術(shù)溢出的作用機(jī)制及前提基礎(chǔ)；第三部分是關(guān)于我國(guó)當(dāng)前對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、特征分析,并針對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的反向技術(shù)獲取實(shí)踐行為做了介紹；第四部分是實(shí)證分析,首先運(yùn)用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法測(cè)算出我國(guó)全要素生產(chǎn)率變動(dòng)率,將其做為技術(shù)變動(dòng)衡量指標(biāo),然后再進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資反向技術(shù)溢出存在性實(shí)證以及反向技術(shù)溢出作用力分解實(shí)證；第五部分根據(jù)前四部分的分析,總結(jié)結(jié)論并給出我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的一些建議。 在理論分析和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文得出以下結(jié)論：1、中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資存在反向技術(shù)溢出；2、這種反向技術(shù)溢出效果主要來(lái)源于對(duì)外直接投資中的國(guó)外研發(fā)資本；3、與國(guó)內(nèi)研發(fā)投入對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)影響水平相比,國(guó)外研發(fā)資本的反向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)較弱；4、對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)水平的影響可以分解為對(duì)純技術(shù)進(jìn)步的影響以及對(duì)技術(shù)效率水平的影響兩方面,其中,對(duì)外直接投資的反向技術(shù)溢出效果主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)效率水平的提高方面。
[Abstract]:As the process of world economic integration accelerates and international capital flows become more and more active, many developing countries begin to make direct investment in developed countries.One of its motivations is to obtain foreign advanced science and technology through foreign direct investment and realize reverse technology spillover from host country to home country.China, as the largest developing country, has been carrying out the "going out" strategy for many years, which makes the level of China's foreign direct investment have a considerable scale at present, and its influence on all aspects of China's economy and society is becoming more and more obvious.As for the technology spillover effect, most scholars focused on foreign direct investment and international trade, but the reverse technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment started late.The research on whether the rapid development of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) can really promote the improvement of domestic production technology level will have profound theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts, taking China's foreign direct investment as the research object to explore its reverse promotion effect on domestic technology level.The first part introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part describes the theoretical basis of reverse technology spillover of foreign direct investment in developing countries.The third part is about the current situation and characteristics of China's foreign direct investment, and introduces the practice of reverse technology acquisition of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment.The fourth part is the empirical analysis. First, the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to measure the rate of total factor productivity change in China, which is used as a measure of technical change.Then the existence of FDI reverse technology spillover and reverse technology spillover force decomposition empirical; the fifth part according to the analysis of the first four parts summarize the conclusions and give some suggestions of China's foreign direct investment.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,In this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The reverse technology spillover exists in China's FDI, which mainly comes from the foreign R & D capital in FDI, compared with the influence level of domestic R & D investment on domestic technology.The reverse technology spillover effect of foreign R & D capital is weak. The impact of foreign direct investment on domestic technology level can be divided into two aspects: the impact on pure technological progress and the impact on technological efficiency.The reverse technology spillover effect of FDI is mainly reflected in the improvement of domestic technology efficiency.
