本文選題：對(duì)外直接投資政策 + 規(guī)模發(fā)展��； 參考：《首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)》2013年碩士論文

【摘要】：目前中國的對(duì)外直接投資規(guī)模迅速增長(zhǎng)，所以配合著對(duì)外直接投資活動(dòng)的發(fā)展，對(duì)其最主要影響因素之一——各個(gè)投資母國與東道國的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的研究便具有重要實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。同時(shí)，在現(xiàn)有的對(duì)外直接投資方面的學(xué)術(shù)研究成果中，主要關(guān)注了在對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)東道國影響方面的問題，而專注于對(duì)投資母國的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資活動(dòng)的作用和影響的研究和實(shí)踐總結(jié)較少，因而，這一方面的研究對(duì)于補(bǔ)充現(xiàn)階段的對(duì)外直接投資研究的內(nèi)容全面性也具有意義。 通過觀察改革開放這三十多年的發(fā)展中，中國對(duì)外直接投資政策的演變過程，本文具體的關(guān)注和分析了如下幾個(gè)問題： 中國的對(duì)外直接投資政策目標(biāo)制定與結(jié)構(gòu)體系是否與理論基本相符？ 中國對(duì)外直接投資政策是否有效推動(dòng)中國對(duì)外直接投資的規(guī)模發(fā)展？ 中國對(duì)外直接投資政策對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)分布有哪些影響？ 中國對(duì)外直接投資政策對(duì)區(qū)位分布有哪些影響？ 本文結(jié)合佩爾茲曼的“復(fù)合型對(duì)外直接投資政策體系”理論，，與“丁伯根法則”的多目標(biāo)政策制定原則，確定了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過梳理政策的發(fā)展演變，并分為主要的三個(gè)階段，了解中國的對(duì)外直接投資政策的發(fā)展具體情況，然后進(jìn)行政策發(fā)展理論分析。并就中國對(duì)外直接投資規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)變遷和區(qū)域變遷的主要情況，總結(jié)出這三個(gè)方面各自階段性的特點(diǎn)，以政策角度作效果分析。
[Abstract]:At present, the scale of China's foreign direct investment is growing rapidly, so it is cooperating with the development of foreign direct investment activities.The study on the economic policies of each home country and host country is of great practical significance.At the same time, in the existing academic research on OFDI, the main concern is the impact of OFDI on host countries,Less research and practice has focused on the role and impact of economic policies in home countries on OFDI activities, thus,The research on this aspect is also significant to supplement the content of OFDI at this stage.By observing the evolution of China's foreign direct investment policy in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, this paper focuses on and analyzes the following issues:Is China's foreign direct investment policy objective formulation and structure system basically consistent with the theory?Does China's foreign direct investment policy effectively promote the scale development of China's foreign direct investment?What is the impact of China's OFDI policy on industrial distribution?What influence does China's foreign direct investment policy have on location distribution?Based on Perzman's theory of "compound foreign direct investment policy system" and the multi-objective policy making principle of "Dingbergen's rule", the theoretical basis of the research is determined in this paper.Through combing the evolution of the policy, and divided into the main three stages, to understand the development of China's foreign direct investment policy specific situation, and then carry out policy development theory analysis.According to the main situation of China's foreign direct investment scale, industrial change and regional change, this paper summarizes the characteristics of these three aspects, and analyzes the effects from the perspective of policy.
