存亡之爭?—傳統(tǒng)銀行在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融環(huán)境下的戰(zhàn)略選擇

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展極大地改變了信息生產(chǎn)和傳遞的方式,降低了經(jīng)濟(jì)活動中信息搜集的成本,很大程度上改變了經(jīng)濟(jì)活動行為。不斷刷新的全國網(wǎng)民數(shù)和電子商務(wù)交易數(shù)增長率都讓我們看到了新技術(shù)帶來的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的爆發(fā)力和巨大的市場;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展隨之而來的催生了對傳統(tǒng)結(jié)算工具的革新,加之前期金融管制對新興行業(yè)的管制相對較松,一大批第三方支付企業(yè)涌入了電子商務(wù)市場。第三方支付以其高效、便利的特性極大的滿足了消費者的綜合性需求。這種對交易結(jié)算方式的創(chuàng)新對傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行原本擁有的結(jié)算壟斷地位形成了前所未有的沖擊。加之以第三方為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)對市場需求嗅覺的敏感度以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)與生俱來的創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)的特性,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)不斷地在代銷、融資等金融領(lǐng)域有所突破,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營模式、盈利模式、信用評判系統(tǒng)等都經(jīng)歷著沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。這種沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)甚至使市場對傳統(tǒng)金融觀念進(jìn)行重新審視,甚至有些人認(rèn)為傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行將消亡,成為二十一世紀(jì)的恐龍。本文客觀地分析了傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行和以第三方支付企業(yè)為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融公司各自存在的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。我們可以看到以第三方支付企業(yè)為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融公司也沒有想象中那么完美,在客戶群體、數(shù)據(jù)庫類別方面都有一定的局限性,并且過于依賴銀行的實體賬戶,受政策影響較大等;而傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行仍然擁有品牌優(yōu)勢、規(guī)模優(yōu)勢、有著較完善的風(fēng)險評估體系。本文并參考了一些中外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)以及美國電子貨幣的發(fā)展情況,認(rèn)為傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行在這場存亡之爭中并不會輕易落敗。當(dāng)然,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)積極面對經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化、面對消費者消費行為的變化,堅守以客戶需求為核心的經(jīng)營原則,選擇自身有特色的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。本文針對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融市場的現(xiàn)狀對傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融板塊的發(fā)展提出了若干戰(zhàn)略選擇。提出傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)以開放的心態(tài),與以第三方支付企業(yè)為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融公司保持良好的競合關(guān)系,打造良好的電子生態(tài)圈和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。并應(yīng)加大技術(shù)投入,高效地順應(yīng)新技術(shù)帶來的經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化,努力保持有標(biāo)識性的動態(tài)競爭優(yōu)勢,最終促進(jìn)金融市場的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the rapid development of Internet technology has greatly changed the way of information production and transmission, reduced the cost of information collection in economic activities, and greatly changed the behavior of economic activities.The growth rate of Internet users and e-commerce transactions has made us see the explosive power and huge market of the Internet economy brought by the new technology.With the development of Internet economy, the innovation of traditional settlement tools and the relatively loose regulation of financial regulation on the emerging industries, a large number of third-party payment enterprises pour into the e-commerce market.Third-party payment with its high-efficiency, convenient characteristics to meet the consumer's comprehensive needs.This innovation of transaction settlement forms an unprecedented impact on the monopoly position of traditional commercial banks.In addition, Internet financial enterprises, represented by third parties, are sensitive to market demand and have strong inherent innovative capabilities. Internet financial enterprises have made breakthroughs in the financial fields such as marketing, financing, and so on.The traditional commercial bank's management mode, profit model, credit evaluation system and so on are experiencing shock and challenge.This kind of shock and challenge even causes the market to reexamine the traditional financial idea, even some people think that the traditional commercial bank will die out, become the dinosaur of the 21 century.This paper objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional commercial banks and Internet financial companies represented by third-party payment enterprises.We can see that Internet finance companies, represented by third-party payment companies, are not as perfect as they might think. They have certain limitations in terms of customer groups, database categories, and over-reliance on bank physical accounts.The traditional commercial banks still have brand advantage, scale advantage and perfect risk assessment system.This paper also refers to some Chinese and foreign related documents and the development of American electronic money, and thinks that the traditional commercial banks will not easily lose in the struggle of survival and death.Of course, the traditional commercial banks should actively face the changes of the operating environment and consumer consumption behavior, adhere to the management principle with customer demand as the core, and choose their own characteristic development direction of Internet finance strategy.In view of the current situation of Internet financial market, this paper puts forward some strategic options for the development of traditional commercial banks in the Internet financial sector.It is suggested that the traditional commercial banks should keep a good competitive relationship with the Internet financial companies represented by third-party payment enterprises with an open mind and create a good electronic ecological circle and industrial chain.We should increase the technical input, adapt to the change of the management environment brought by the new technology efficiently, strive to maintain the marked dynamic competitive advantage, and finally promote the healthy development of the financial market.
