【摘要】:消費(fèi)信貸在國(guó)外已經(jīng)有很多年的發(fā)展歷史,美國(guó)和日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)的消費(fèi)信貸是在1998年后才慢慢發(fā)展起來(lái)的,在擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的推動(dòng)下,隨著我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的逐步完善得到了積極的發(fā)展,消費(fèi)信貸目前已經(jīng)成為各大商業(yè)銀行的主要業(yè)務(wù)和利潤(rùn)的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。但是,如果一味的追求利益而忽視了風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸的審核方面放松、簡(jiǎn)化手續(xù),必然會(huì)造成各大銀行之間的惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),當(dāng)達(dá)到一定的量時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多的負(fù)面事件的發(fā)生。本文首先介紹了交行杭州分行消費(fèi)信貸的基本情況,以及履約和違約情況的分析,對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)原因進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,并借鑒國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)消費(fèi)貸款所出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的措施。本文分七章進(jìn)行研究分析。第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹了研究背景和研究意義,并分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)消費(fèi)貸款的一些基本情況進(jìn)行了介紹,闡述了本論文的研究方法和研究?jī)?nèi)容,研究框架圖。第二章主要介紹了消費(fèi)信貸的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。從消費(fèi)信貸的概念和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),深入分析了消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的理論基礎(chǔ),并將消費(fèi)信貸進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的分類(lèi),為本論文的進(jìn)一步研究的理論基礎(chǔ)做好了鋪墊。第三章介紹了交行杭州分行的基本概況,對(duì)近幾年杭州分行消費(fèi)貸款額度和違約情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,抽取了200組客戶的情況從婚姻、職業(yè)等方面進(jìn)行定量分析。第四章,根據(jù)上一章的研究成果,從銀行內(nèi)部和外部對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸的原因進(jìn)行了分析。第五章借鑒國(guó)外消費(fèi)信貸管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),主要是美國(guó)、德國(guó)和日本幾個(gè)國(guó)家在消費(fèi)貸款的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其是美國(guó)金融危機(jī)的發(fā)生,給我國(guó)的消費(fèi)信貸具有重要的借鑒意義。第六章通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外在消費(fèi)信貸方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)交行杭州分行消費(fèi)信貸所存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施。第七章結(jié)論和展望。對(duì)本論文的研究工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸的下一步研究工作做出展望。
[Abstract]:Consumer credit has been developing for many years abroad. Developed countries such as the United States and Japan have accumulated rich experience. Consumer credit in China developed slowly after 1998, driven by the expansion of domestic demand.With the gradual improvement of the capital market in China, consumer credit has become the main business and profit growth point of commercial banks.However, if we blindly pursue the interests and ignore the risks, relax the examination of consumer credit and simplify the procedures, it will inevitably lead to vicious competition between the major banks, when a certain amount will occur a lot of negative events.This paper first introduces the basic situation of consumption credit in Hangzhou Branch of the Bank of Communications, as well as the analysis of performance and breach of contract, systematically analyzes the risk causes of consumer credit, and draws lessons from the experience of developed countries.According to the risk of consumer loans, the corresponding measures are put forward.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background and the research significance, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research present situation, has carried on the introduction to some basic situation of the consumer loan, elaborated this thesis research method, the research content, the research frame chart.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theoretical basis of consumer credit.Based on the concept and characteristics of consumer credit, this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of consumer credit risk, and classifies consumer credit in order to lay a good foundation for further research in this paper.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Hangzhou Branch of the Bank of Communications, analyzes the consumption loan quota and breach of contract in Hangzhou Branch in detail in recent years, and extracts 200 groups of customers from marriage, occupation and other aspects to carry on quantitative analysis.Chapter four, according to the research results of the previous chapter, analyzes the reasons of consumer credit from inside and outside the bank.The fifth chapter draws lessons from the experience of foreign consumer credit management, mainly the experience of the United States, Germany and Japan in the risk management of consumer loans, especially the occurrence of the financial crisis in the United States.Consumer credit to our country has important reference significance.The sixth chapter proposes the corresponding risk management measures in view of the problems existing in the consumer credit in Hangzhou Branch of the Bank of Communications by using the experience of foreign countries for reference.Chapter VII conclusions and prospects.The research work of this paper is summarized, and the future research work of consumer credit is prospected.
