【摘要】：伴隨著銀行業(yè)電子化的日趨完善,呈現(xiàn)在人們面前的不再是單一的柜臺(tái)和人工服務(wù),ATM自助設(shè)備、網(wǎng)上銀行、手機(jī)銀行、電話銀行等非傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)辦理渠道已經(jīng)被越來(lái)越多客戶接納和使用。簡(jiǎn)單的操作、快捷迅速的處理速度是電子系統(tǒng)帶給人們最主要的便利,但是在這一切迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),不同的軟件廠商以及不同的渠道之間的差異使得銀行業(yè)務(wù)的拓展與整合變得十分困難。 本文所研究的內(nèi)容旨在幫助銀行整合多個(gè)渠道之間的業(yè)務(wù),提高業(yè)務(wù)處理效率,降低不同系統(tǒng)交互過(guò)程的錯(cuò)誤率,使銀行能夠更簡(jiǎn)便地拓展業(yè)務(wù)。許多銀行近年已經(jīng)逐步地完成了大部分渠道間的系統(tǒng)整合,其中碰到的一些問(wèn)題和未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向,也是本文將敘述和展望的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic banking, people are no longer facing a single counter and manual services ATM self-help equipment, Internet banking, mobile banking,Telephone banking and other non-traditional business processing channels have been accepted and used by more and more customers.Simple operation, fast processing speed is the most important convenience brought by electronic system, but at the same time,Different software manufacturers and different channels make the expansion and integration of banking business very difficult.The purpose of this paper is to help banks integrate the business between multiple channels, improve the efficiency of business processing, reduce the error rate of different systems interaction process, and enable banks to expand their business more easily.Many banks have gradually completed the system integration among most channels in recent years. Some problems encountered and the future development direction are also the important contents of this paper.
