【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和國家安全的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè),保持農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村發(fā)展的良好勢頭,對保持國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和社會長期穩(wěn)定意義非常重大。發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和特色農(nóng)業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇,不僅對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國家的糧食安全具有舉足輕重的作用,還對貫徹落實十八大精神,加快中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)具有重要指導(dǎo)意義和理論意義。 駐馬店市是河南省重要的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大市,國家糧食生產(chǎn)核心區(qū)、全國第九產(chǎn)糧大市,中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)將駐馬店市定位為糧食生產(chǎn)核心區(qū),支持駐馬店市建設(shè)國家級現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)。研究金融如何更好地支持駐馬店市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前急需要分析和研究解決的重要課題,不僅有利于駐馬店市更好地發(fā)揮區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,深化農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,還將促進(jìn)駐馬店市經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展。然而當(dāng)前金融體系的缺陷已嚴(yán)重制約了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,主要表現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村金融需求普遍得不到滿足與資金加速外流形成了尖銳的矛盾,農(nóng)戶、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社和家庭農(nóng)場缺乏相應(yīng)的正規(guī)的金融支持。 本文以現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支持為研究對象,圍繞如何有效發(fā)揮金融資源配置作用促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展這一主線,從分析農(nóng)村金融理論和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)入手,綜合運(yùn)用理論分析、比較分析、典型實例等方法,運(yùn)用大量的圖表和數(shù)據(jù)。通過對駐馬店市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的評價以及金融支持現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的實證分析,重點(diǎn)揭示金融支持現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題及制約因素,進(jìn)而從完善農(nóng)村金融體系,優(yōu)化金融支持現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境等方面提出有針對性和可操作性的對策建議,為金融支持駐馬店市現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of our national economy and the strategic industry of national security. It is of great significance to maintain the rapid development of the national economy and the long-term stability of the society by maintaining the good momentum of agricultural and rural development. Agricultural industrialization and characteristic agriculture are the inevitable choices for agricultural development. They play an important role not only in China's economic development and the country's food security, but also in the implementation of the spirit of the 18th National Congress. Speeding up the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has important guiding and theoretical significance. Zhumadian is an important traditional agricultural city in Henan Province, the national grain production core area, the ninth grain-producing city in the country, and the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone have positioned Zhumadian City as the grain production core area. Supporting Zhumadian to build a state-level modern agricultural demonstration zone. Research on how to better support the development of modern agriculture in Zhumadian has become an important issue that needs to be urgently analyzed and solved. It will not only benefit Zhumadian City to give full play to the advantages of regional agricultural resources, deepen the adjustment of agricultural economic structure, but also promote the overall economic development of Zhumadian City. However, the defects of the current financial system have seriously restricted the process of modern agricultural development. It is mainly reflected in the sharp contradiction between the general unsatisfied financial demand and the accelerated outflow of funds, and the lack of formal financial support for farmers, farmers' specialized cooperatives and family farms. This paper takes the financial support of modern agriculture development as the research object, focusing on the main line of how to give full play to the role of financial resources allocation to promote the development of modern agriculture, starting with the analysis of rural finance theory and modern agriculture, and synthetically applying the theory analysis. Comparative analysis, typical examples and other methods, using a large number of charts and data. Through the evaluation of the development of modern agriculture in Zhumadian City and the empirical analysis of financial support for the development of modern agriculture, The main problems and restrictive factors in the financial support of modern agriculture development are revealed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the rural financial system and optimizing the external environment of the financial support for the development of modern agriculture. For the financial support of modern agricultural development in Zhumadian City to provide new ideas.
