【摘要】：正當(dāng)前國際金融監(jiān)管改革對(duì)銀行業(yè)是一個(gè)劃時(shí)代變革,中國銀監(jiān)會(huì)借鑒國際金融監(jiān)管改革成果,結(jié)合國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)改革發(fā)展和監(jiān)管實(shí)際,也于2011年4月末推出了《關(guān)于中國銀行業(yè)實(shí)施新監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指導(dǎo)意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱新監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn));同時(shí),"金融脫媒"和利率市場(chǎng)化越來越深化,同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激
[Abstract]:The current international financial supervision reform is a epoch-making change for the banking industry. The CBRC draws lessons from the achievements of the international financial supervision reform and combines the development of domestic banking reform and the actual supervision of the banking industry.At the end of April 2011, the guidance on the implementation of the new regulatory standards for the Chinese banking industry was launched (hereinafter referred to as the new regulatory standard). At the same time, the "financial disintermediation" and the liberalization of interest rates are becoming more and more intensive, and the competition among the same industry is becoming more and more intense.
