【摘要】：匯率在我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易活動(dòng)中起著價(jià)格轉(zhuǎn)換的作用,是一國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的重要的綜合性價(jià)格指標(biāo)。匯率是國(guó)際價(jià)格與國(guó)內(nèi)價(jià)格聯(lián)系的媒介,是對(duì)外貿(mào)易價(jià)格體系中的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),其變動(dòng)直接影響到一國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展。 1973年布雷頓森林體系瓦解后,世界各國(guó)紛紛放棄固定匯率制度,轉(zhuǎn)而實(shí)行浮動(dòng)匯率制度。相比固定匯率制度,浮動(dòng)匯率使得各國(guó)之間法定貨幣的匯率具有更大的波動(dòng)特性,各國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)速度也因此受到了影響,因此,這對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易帶來了一定的影響。由此,各國(guó)學(xué)者開始認(rèn)識(shí)到匯率波動(dòng)會(huì)影響到國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也開始對(duì)于這方面的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行研究和分析。 江蘇省以外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)為主導(dǎo),對(duì)外貿(mào)易的正常發(fā)展對(duì)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行有著至關(guān)重要的作用,故本文將借鑒匯率變動(dòng)的相關(guān)理論和方法,以江蘇省對(duì)外貿(mào)易為研究對(duì)象,跟蹤發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),從進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易收支出發(fā),對(duì)人民幣匯率升值對(duì)江蘇省對(duì)外貿(mào)易的影響在理論和實(shí)際層面上做一定研究,并根實(shí)際情況提出符合江蘇省客觀情況的建議。 本文首先解析闡述了人民幣匯率制度的演變過程,搜集了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于匯率對(duì)外貿(mào)是否有影響的研究結(jié)果,然后回顧了前人關(guān)于匯率對(duì)外貿(mào)影響的一些經(jīng)典理論,分析了人民幣升值影響江蘇省貿(mào)易收支的路徑,同時(shí)接著在此基礎(chǔ)上,回顧了人民幣升值后江蘇省對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展情況,之后,在之前的數(shù)據(jù)及理論基礎(chǔ)上分析了人民幣升值對(duì)江蘇省對(duì)外貿(mào)易收支的影響,最后結(jié)合分析情況,對(duì)減小人民幣升值對(duì)江蘇省對(duì)外貿(mào)易收支影響提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Exchange rate plays the role of price conversion in China's foreign trade activities, and is an important comprehensive price index of a country's international economic activities. Exchange rate is the medium of the connection between international price and domestic price. It is an important index in the foreign trade price system, and its change directly affects the development of a country's foreign trade. After the collapse of Bretton Woods system in 1973, countries all over the world abandoned the fixed exchange rate system and adopted floating exchange rate system one after another. As a result, the growth rate of foreign trade in various countries has also been affected, so this has had a certain impact on international trade. As a result, scholars in various countries have begun to realize that exchange rate fluctuations will affect the development of international trade. At the same time, it also began to study and analyze the phenomenon. Jiangsu Province is dominated by export-oriented economy, and the normal development of foreign trade plays an important role in the stable operation of Jiangsu's economy. Therefore, this paper will draw lessons from the relevant theories and methods of exchange rate change and take Jiangsu's foreign trade as the research object. From the perspective of import and export trade income and expenditure, this paper studies the influence of RMB exchange rate appreciation on Jiangsu's foreign trade on both theoretical and practical levels, and puts forward some suggestions in line with the objective situation of Jiangsu Province. This paper first analyzes the evolution of RMB exchange rate regime, collects the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on whether the exchange rate has an impact on foreign trade, and then reviews some classical theories about the influence of exchange rate on foreign trade. This paper analyzes the ways that RMB appreciation affects Jiangsu's trade income and expenditure, and then reviews the development of Jiangsu's foreign trade after the appreciation of RMB. On the basis of previous data and theory, this paper analyzes the impact of RMB appreciation on Jiangsu's foreign trade income and expenditure, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions to reduce the impact of RMB appreciation on Jiangsu's foreign trade income and expenditure.
