【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融也成為各界關注的熱點,國家政策大力支持眾籌行業(yè)發(fā)展。經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展,天使匯聯(lián)合投資網(wǎng)絡也逐漸形成了一定的規(guī)模。分析天使匯聯(lián)合投資網(wǎng)絡的整體網(wǎng),可以了解天使投資人的社會網(wǎng)絡特征。對不同規(guī)模天使投資人社會網(wǎng)絡特征的比較研究有利于測量天使投資人的社會資源,并對現(xiàn)實中天使投資人的網(wǎng)絡關系建設,天使投資行業(yè)發(fā)展提出建議。本文旨在研究隨著網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模的擴大,網(wǎng)絡的密度、平均距離、度數(shù)中心勢、結構洞數(shù)量等社會網(wǎng)絡特征的變化趨勢。首先,收集并研究國內外關于天使投資人社會網(wǎng)絡的整體網(wǎng)特征的分析資料,了解與本課題相關的理論基礎與研究現(xiàn)狀；其次,了解天使匯聯(lián)合投資網(wǎng)絡的整體網(wǎng)特征所包括的內容,結合社會網(wǎng)絡的相關研究,提出研究假設；接著,獲取天使匯的天使投資人列表及其投資的創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)樣本數(shù)據(jù),對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進行整理,并運用Ucinet軟件分析不同規(guī)模社會網(wǎng)絡的整體網(wǎng)特征；最后,根據(jù)相關研究結果所呈現(xiàn)的特征對天使匯聯(lián)合投資網(wǎng)絡特征進行比較分析。本文得出以下研究結論：(1)隨著網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模擴大,網(wǎng)絡的密度在下降,天使投資人間的平均距離在增大,信息交流難度在增加。(2)隨著網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模擴大,天使投資人的關系分散化、小團體化,而不是集中于某個個人或者某個團體。(3)隨著網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模擴大,掌握有效資源的天使投資人作為信息傳遞的中介,其數(shù)量在不斷增加。
[Abstract]:Internet banking has become the focus of attention of all circles, the strong support of national policies and raise industry development. After several years of development, the angel exchange syndication network has gradually formed a certain scale. The whole network analysis Angel exchange syndication network, we can understand the characteristics of social network of angel investors. A comparative Study on the different scale of social angel investors the network is conducive to the measurement of angel investors and social resources, the construction of network relationship on the reality of angels, angel investment industry development proposals. This paper aims to study with the expansion of network scale, network density, average distance, degree of centralization, the change trend of structure hole quantity characteristics of the social networks at first. Data collection and analysis of domestic and foreign research about angel investors social network the whole network characteristics, understand the theory and basic issues associated with this Study of the status quo; secondly, to understand the characteristics of the whole network including Angel exchange syndication network the content, combined with the related social network research, put forward the research hypothesis; then, the sample data acquisition Angel sinks angel investor list and investment enterprise, according to the number of samples were collected, and the use of the whole network analysis characteristics of different scale society the network Ucinet software; finally, according to the characteristics of relevant research results presented by the angel exchange joint investment network characteristics were analyzed. This paper draws the following conclusions: (1) with the expansion of network scale, network density decreased, the average distance between Angel investment increases, the difficulty of information exchange in the increase (2). With the expansion of network scale, decentralized relationship between angel investors, small groups, rather than focusing on an individual or a group. (3) with the expansion of network scale, palm The number of angel investors holding effective resources is increasing as a medium of information transmission.
