【摘要】：采用中國最重要的46個(gè)貿(mào)易伙伴計(jì)算人民幣名義有效匯率和實(shí)際有效匯率,在此基礎(chǔ)上估算1997年1季度~2009年4季度人民幣均衡匯率水平和失衡程度。研究表明,2009年4季度人民幣匯率失衡程度顯著低于2005年匯改時(shí)期,因此,匯率改革應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持2005年確定的漸進(jìn)方針。
[Abstract]:Using China's 46 most important trading partners to calculate the nominal effective exchange rate and the real effective exchange rate of RMB, On this basis, the equilibrium exchange rate level and the degree of imbalance between the first quarter of 1997 and the fourth quarter of 2009 are estimated. The study shows that the imbalance degree of RMB exchange rate in the fourth quarter of 2009 is significantly lower than that in the period of exchange rate reform in 2005. Exchange rate reform should adhere to the gradual approach set out in 2005.
