【摘要】：外商直接投資和國際貿(mào)易作為推動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的“雙引擎”,對于國家和地區(qū)的發(fā)展都有重要的意義,而目前外商直接投資已經(jīng)超過國際貿(mào)易成為促進(jìn)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的最活躍、最重要的因素。我國自2002年以來,實(shí)際利用外商直接投資一直居于世界榜首,2012年中國的外商直接投資總額達(dá)到1117億美元,連續(xù)20年位居發(fā)展中國家之首。實(shí)踐證明,外商直接投資對東道國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的作用。外商直接投資本身是資本、知識、技術(shù)的復(fù)合體,可以有效彌補(bǔ)我國這些要素的不足。所以,如何合理地吸收和利用外資,是一個非常值得研究的問題。 因為地域的優(yōu)勢,浙江省是落實(shí)國家對外開放政策最早的省份,也是吸收和利用外資起步較早、目前數(shù)量較大的省份。本文利用浙江省外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),建立若干計量模型,對外商直接投資對浙江省資本積累、就業(yè)、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、對外貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明,外商直接投資通過資本形成、就業(yè)、技術(shù)溢出、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變和對外貿(mào)易等途徑,對浙江的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響；不僅如此,外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間具有格蘭杰雙向因果關(guān)系,兩者相互影響、相互促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment (FDI) and international trade, as "twin engines" to promote economic growth, are of great significance to the development of countries and regions. At present, foreign direct investment (FDI) has surpassed international trade and become the most active one in promoting global economic growth. Since 2002, China has been ranked first in the world in the actual utilization of foreign direct investment. In 2012, the total amount of foreign direct investment in China reached 111.7 billion US dollars, ranking first among developing countries for 20 consecutive years. Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an important role in the economic development of the host country. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is a complex of capital, knowledge and technology, which can effectively make up for the deficiency of these elements in our country. It is a problem worth studying. Because of its geographical advantages, Zhejiang Province is the earliest province to implement the national policy of opening up to the outside world, and it is also the province that started earlier to absorb and utilize foreign capital. At present, a relatively large number of provinces have made use of the relevant data on foreign direct investment and economic growth in Zhejiang Province. Some econometric models are established to analyze the effects of FDI on capital accumulation, employment, technology, industrial structure, foreign trade and economic growth in Zhejiang Province. Employment, technology spillover, industrial structure transformation and foreign trade have had an important impact on Zhejiang's economic development. Moreover, there is a Granger two-way causal relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth. Promote each other.
