[Abstract]:In order to better understand the governance reasons why our banking industry managed steadily in this serious international financial crisis, we are establishing and perfecting the long-term mechanism of corporate governance construction of commercial banks. And further enhance the commercial banks to improve the concept and initiative of corporate governance, Shandong University Bank Governance Research Center, In July 2nd 2011, the School of Economics of Shandong University and the Journal of Economic Research jointly organized the second "Symposium on Banking Governance" in Jinan City. The seminar was organized by Shandong Province Applied Financial Theory and Policy Research Base and Shandong Province Jin.
