【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國利用外資取得了很大的成就，2010年，實(shí)際利用外資額已達(dá)1057.4億美元。隨著每年外商直接投資的增加，外商直接投資促進(jìn)了我國對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，我國外貿(mào)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，外貿(mào)商品結(jié)構(gòu)逐步優(yōu)化。但是也應(yīng)該看到，外商直接投資投資額在低附加值的加工工業(yè)中占較大比重，使得我國長期處于全球價(jià)值鏈低端生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，對外貿(mào)易競爭力較弱，不利于外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變。由于我國同發(fā)達(dá)國家在環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面存在差距，發(fā)達(dá)國家的跨國企業(yè)為了自己的利益最大化，利用這種差距把污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移到發(fā)展中國家，不利于發(fā)展中國家外貿(mào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。外商直接投資對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響到底如何，如果能解決該問題，將對我國制定合理的外資政策及外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變起到積極的支持作用。 本文的研究是基于外商直接投資與外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的視角，以外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的相關(guān)理論和外商直接投資對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的機(jī)理分析為基礎(chǔ)，來分析外資對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響。構(gòu)建外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式評價(jià)體系，利用主成分分析法測算外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式水平，建立相關(guān)理論模型，運(yùn)用Eviews軟件進(jìn)行協(xié)整及最小二乘法線性回歸，得出外商直接投資對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響不顯著；外商直接投資于資金技術(shù)密集型行業(yè)，，對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變有積極作用，且貢獻(xiàn)較大，投資于勞動密集型和資源密集型行業(yè)對外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變有消極影響。 在實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出我國如何利用外資促進(jìn)外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的相關(guān)對策建議。主要包括合理引導(dǎo)外資投向，優(yōu)化投資結(jié)構(gòu)，鼓勵FDI投向基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)；打破外資企業(yè)的技術(shù)壟斷，促進(jìn)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散，提高外商直接投資的技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng)；利用外資應(yīng)注重外資的效益、質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in utilizing foreign capital. In 2010, the amount of foreign capital actually utilized has reached 105.74 billion US dollars. With the increase of foreign direct investment every year, foreign direct investment has promoted the development of China's foreign trade. The scale of China's foreign trade continues to expand, and the structure of foreign trade commodities is gradually optimized. However, it should also be noted that foreign direct investment (FDI) accounts for a large proportion of the low-value-added processing industry, making our country in the low-end production link of the global value chain for a long time. The weak competitiveness of foreign trade is not conducive to the transformation of the mode of development of foreign trade. As there is a gap between China and developed countries in environmental standards, multinational enterprises in developed countries maximize their own interests. Taking advantage of this gap to transfer pollution-intensive industries to developing countries is not conducive to the sustainable development of foreign trade in developing countries. What is the impact of foreign direct investment on the transformation of foreign trade development patterns? if this problem can be solved, It will play a positive role in the formulation of rational foreign investment policy and the transformation of foreign trade development mode. The research of this paper is based on the perspective of foreign direct investment and the transformation of foreign trade development mode, based on the relevant theory of foreign trade development mode change and the mechanism analysis of foreign direct investment to foreign trade development mode change. To analyze the influence of foreign capital on the transformation of foreign trade development mode, to construct the evaluation system of foreign trade development mode, to calculate the level of foreign trade development mode by principal component analysis, and to establish relevant theoretical models. The linear regression of cointegration and least square method using Eviews software shows that the influence of foreign direct investment on the transformation of foreign trade development mode is not significant, and foreign direct investment in capital-technology-intensive industries has a positive effect on the transformation of foreign trade development mode. Investment in labor-intensive and resource-intensive industries has a negative impact on the development of foreign trade. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to use foreign capital to promote the transformation of foreign trade development mode. It mainly includes guiding foreign investment reasonably, optimizing investment structure and encouraging FDI to invest in basic industry and high-tech industry. In order to break the technology monopoly of foreign-funded enterprises, promote the technology diffusion and improve the technological spillover effect of foreign direct investment, the utilization of foreign capital should pay attention to the benefit and quality of foreign capital.
