【摘要】：高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是外國資本在中國投資十分密集的行業(yè)，三資企業(yè)在高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)中占有非常重要的地位。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的原動力，經(jīng)驗表明，產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)所有企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新投入和產(chǎn)出決定了該行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新效果，外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新投入有著正相關(guān)關(guān)系，而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出也有一定的相關(guān)關(guān)系。因此，本文提出研究的基本問題：數(shù)量巨大的FDI進入我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效有沒有影響？如果有，是一個怎樣的機制？ 本文首先對總結(jié)了以前學(xué)者對該領(lǐng)域的研究成果；然后在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論，選取變量，構(gòu)建了本文研究的基本理論模型，提出了研究假設(shè)。假設(shè)認(rèn)為FDI的進入產(chǎn)業(yè)程度的增加會對產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生正向影響，影響包括直接影響和間接影響。接著，本文選取高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)目錄下的17個行業(yè)為研究對象，通過建立合理的指標(biāo)體系來衡量高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)各產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI進入程度、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效，使用主成分分析法來分析出一個衡量創(chuàng)新投入和創(chuàng)新績效的總得分，然后利用實證模型來驗證本文所提出的假設(shè)，得出結(jié)論。 最后本文根據(jù)研究結(jié)果，結(jié)合我國的實際國情，，提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:High-tech industry is an industry where foreign capital investment is very intensive in China, and foreign-funded enterprises play a very important role in high-tech industry. The innovation input and output of all the enterprises in the industry determine the innovation effect of the industry. Foreign direct investment has a positive correlation with the innovation input in the industry, and the technological innovation input and the technological innovation output also have a certain correlation. This paper puts forward the basic question of the research: does the huge quantity of FDI enter the high-tech industry of our country, have any influence on the innovation performance of the high-tech industry of our country? If so, what kind of mechanism is it? This paper first summarizes the previous research results in this field, and then based on the previous studies, combined with the relevant theory, select variables, build the basic theoretical model of this paper. The hypothesis is that the increase of FDI entry level will have a positive impact on the technological innovation performance of the industry, including direct and indirect effects. This paper selects 17 industries under the high-tech industry catalogue as the research object, through establishing the reasonable index system to measure the FDI entry degree, the technological innovation investment and the technological innovation performance of the high-tech industry. The principal component analysis method is used to analyze a total score of innovation investment and innovation performance, and then the empirical model is used to verify the hypothesis proposed in this paper and draw a conclusion. Finally, according to the research results, combined with the actual situation of China, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
