【摘要】:大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是當(dāng)前工程項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,而隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目越來(lái)越多。目前,對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究絕大多數(shù)都是把參與方作為一個(gè)整體進(jìn)行分析的,忽視了各參與方個(gè)體的差異性,同時(shí)由于大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模大、周期長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)的單件性和復(fù)雜性等特點(diǎn)決定了其融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特殊性和復(fù)雜性。因此,論文站在主要參與方個(gè)體角度對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系進(jìn)行研究。 首先,本文介紹了項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn),并以重大里程碑計(jì)劃對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行階段劃分,采用德爾菲法初步確定了37個(gè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo),再運(yùn)用粗糙集(RS)理論對(duì)37個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行指標(biāo)約簡(jiǎn),去除了20個(gè)冗余指標(biāo),確定了本文項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系,,為后續(xù)對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其次,通過(guò)論述大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)的原則,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法確定每個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)對(duì)各參與方影響的權(quán)重,再結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析構(gòu)建融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)模型,通過(guò)計(jì)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)與參與方之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度確定參與方應(yīng)該承擔(dān)哪些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。再次,根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)結(jié)果建立參與方個(gè)體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,采用遺傳算法(GA)優(yōu)化支持向量機(jī)(SVM)中的參數(shù),再運(yùn)用GA改進(jìn)的SVM構(gòu)建大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型。然后,定性的分析如何對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行應(yīng)對(duì)和控制。最后,論文通過(guò)青島膠州灣海底隧道工程對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果證明了該體系的可行性。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目利用重大里程碑進(jìn)行階段劃分、建立融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系、構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)模型、構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型和對(duì)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制,探索了一種比較完善的主要參與方個(gè)體視角下大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,全面考慮了參與方的差異性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的動(dòng)態(tài)性,使得大型工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理內(nèi)容更加完善。
[Abstract]:The financing risk management of large-scale construction projects is one of the hot issues in the field of engineering project management. With the globalization of the global economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, there are more and more large-scale construction projects. Most of the research on financing risk of large-scale engineering construction projects is to analyze the participants as a whole, ignoring the individual differences of the participants, at the same time, because of the large scale of large-scale construction projects, the period is long. The particularity and complexity of financing risk are determined by the singularity and complexity of production. Therefore, the paper studies the financing risk management system of large-scale construction projects from the perspective of the main participants. First of all, this paper introduces the characteristics of project financing risk, and divides the stage of large engineering construction project with major milestone plan, and uses Delphi method to determine 37 financing risk indicators. Then using the rough set RS) theory to reduce 37 indexes, remove 20 redundant indexes, determine the index system of project financing risk in this paper, and lay the foundation for the study of financing risk of large-scale construction project. Through discussing the principle of financing risk sharing of large engineering construction project, using entropy weight method to determine the weight of each risk index to each participant, and then combining grey relational analysis to construct financing risk sharing model. By calculating the correlation degree between the risk indicators and the participants to determine what risks the participants should bear. Thirdly, according to the risk sharing results, the risk evaluation system of individual participants is established. Genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the parameters in support vector machine (SVM), and then GA modified SVM is used to construct the risk assessment model for large-scale construction project financing. Qualitative analysis of how to deal with and control the financing risk of large-scale construction projects. Finally, the paper tests the financing risk management system of large-scale construction projects through the Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay subsea tunnel project. The results show that the system is feasible. In this paper, by dividing the stage of large engineering construction project with major milestones, establishing the index system of financing risk, constructing project financing risk sharing model, constructing project financing risk evaluation model and controlling project financing risk. This paper explores a relatively perfect financing risk management system for large construction projects from the perspective of the main participants, and considers the diversity of the participants and the dynamic nature of the risks. Make large-scale construction project financing risk management content more perfect.
