【摘要】:中小企業(yè)融資難是一個(gè)全球普遍存在的問(wèn)題,特別是對(duì)于初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的融資更是如此。2009年美國(guó)出現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上眾籌(Crowdfunding)這一新興融資模式,它通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)面向公眾籌資,讓有創(chuàng)造力的人們可以獲得他們所需要的資金,從而使他們的夢(mèng)想有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)。這種模式的興起打破了傳統(tǒng)的融資模式,每一個(gè)普通人都可以通過(guò)這種眾籌模式獲得從事某項(xiàng)創(chuàng)作或活動(dòng)的資金,使得融資的來(lái)源不再局限于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資等機(jī)構(gòu),還可以來(lái)源于大眾。國(guó)外以‘'Kickstartes"為代表的眾籌平臺(tái)/網(wǎng)站很火爆,截止2013年9月1日,成功籌資的項(xiàng)目47893個(gè),有470多萬(wàn)人次參與投資,成功籌資7.68億美元。 復(fù)制到國(guó)內(nèi)的眾籌網(wǎng)站也很多:“點(diǎn)名時(shí)間”,積木,追夢(mèng)網(wǎng),淘夢(mèng)網(wǎng),覺JUE.S0,等等,其中“點(diǎn)名時(shí)間”是國(guó)內(nèi)上線最早、發(fā)展最快、最成熟的眾籌網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),可作為典型代表。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),截止到2012年7月,“點(diǎn)名時(shí)間”上線一年的時(shí)間,共收到5500個(gè)左右的項(xiàng)目提案,通過(guò)審核上線的項(xiàng)目有318個(gè),其中150個(gè)項(xiàng)目成功達(dá)到籌資目標(biāo),項(xiàng)目籌資的成功率為47%,總共籌集到資金近300萬(wàn)人民幣,平均每個(gè)項(xiàng)目籌集金額9267元,平均每筆支持金額107元。至2013年7月,“點(diǎn)名時(shí)間”在兩年時(shí)間里總共收到7000多個(gè)項(xiàng)目提案,上線700多個(gè),近半數(shù)項(xiàng)目融資成功。截止2013年9月1日,“大魚·海棠——一部給少年帶來(lái)信仰的動(dòng)畫電影”這個(gè)項(xiàng)目為最高籌資金額項(xiàng)目,成功籌到158萬(wàn)人民幣。 眾籌是眾包的應(yīng)用,其原理也是利用廣大大眾的力量,即使每人出1元錢,如果全國(guó)人民都參與,也可籌到十幾億的巨額資金。隨著網(wǎng)上眾籌的快速發(fā)展,專家學(xué)者對(duì)其關(guān)注和研究也顯著增加。但由于其出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間不到四年,特別在國(guó)內(nèi)也只有兩年的時(shí)間,所以對(duì)其研究還是有限。 本文以“點(diǎn)名時(shí)間”平臺(tái)上的4個(gè)典型案例為分析對(duì)象,其中有的案例籌資成功,而有的籌資失敗,通過(guò)失敗和成功案例之間的比較,研究目的有:(1)應(yīng)用描述性案例研究方法,探討眾籌網(wǎng)站上的項(xiàng)目有何點(diǎn);(2)項(xiàng)目管理無(wú)處不在,本文從項(xiàng)目管理的角度,用項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)理論,對(duì)比分析左右項(xiàng)目籌資成功的因素。其中,重點(diǎn)探討溝通管理又是如何貫穿整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的籌資過(guò)程的。 本文研究意義在于整合以往對(duì)于眾籌的研究,從項(xiàng)目管理角度上全面分析和總結(jié)影響我國(guó)網(wǎng)上眾籌項(xiàng)目籌資成功的關(guān)鍵因素,提高項(xiàng)目籌資成功幾率,幫助追夢(mèng)人實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想,為投資者分享追夢(mèng)者的創(chuàng)意,達(dá)到項(xiàng)目干系人滿意,從而更好發(fā)展網(wǎng)上眾籌這一融資模式,進(jìn)而為我國(guó)中小企業(yè)融資難以及促進(jìn)民間融資的正規(guī)化、合法化提供一些啟示。
