【摘要】:中小企業(yè)融資難是一個全球普遍存在的問題,特別是對于初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的融資更是如此。2009年美國出現了網上眾籌(Crowdfunding)這一新興融資模式,它通過網絡平臺面向公眾籌資,讓有創(chuàng)造力的人們可以獲得他們所需要的資金,從而使他們的夢想有可能實現。這種模式的興起打破了傳統(tǒng)的融資模式,每一個普通人都可以通過這種眾籌模式獲得從事某項創(chuàng)作或活動的資金,使得融資的來源不再局限于風險投資等機構,還可以來源于大眾。國外以‘'Kickstartes"為代表的眾籌平臺/網站很火爆,截止2013年9月1日,成功籌資的項目47893個,有470多萬人次參與投資,成功籌資7.68億美元。 復制到國內的眾籌網站也很多:“點名時間”,積木,追夢網,淘夢網,覺JUE.S0,等等,其中“點名時間”是國內上線最早、發(fā)展最快、最成熟的眾籌網絡平臺,可作為典型代表。據統(tǒng)計,截止到2012年7月,“點名時間”上線一年的時間,共收到5500個左右的項目提案,通過審核上線的項目有318個,其中150個項目成功達到籌資目標,項目籌資的成功率為47%,總共籌集到資金近300萬人民幣,平均每個項目籌集金額9267元,平均每筆支持金額107元。至2013年7月,“點名時間”在兩年時間里總共收到7000多個項目提案,上線700多個,近半數項目融資成功。截止2013年9月1日,“大魚·海棠——一部給少年帶來信仰的動畫電影”這個項目為最高籌資金額項目,成功籌到158萬人民幣。 眾籌是眾包的應用,其原理也是利用廣大大眾的力量,即使每人出1元錢,如果全國人民都參與,也可籌到十幾億的巨額資金。隨著網上眾籌的快速發(fā)展,專家學者對其關注和研究也顯著增加。但由于其出現的時間不到四年,特別在國內也只有兩年的時間,所以對其研究還是有限。 本文以“點名時間”平臺上的4個典型案例為分析對象,其中有的案例籌資成功,而有的籌資失敗,通過失敗和成功案例之間的比較,研究目的有:(1)應用描述性案例研究方法,探討眾籌網站上的項目有何點;(2)項目管理無處不在,本文從項目管理的角度,用項目管理知識理論,對比分析左右項目籌資成功的因素。其中,重點探討溝通管理又是如何貫穿整個項目的籌資過程的。 本文研究意義在于整合以往對于眾籌的研究,從項目管理角度上全面分析和總結影響我國網上眾籌項目籌資成功的關鍵因素,提高項目籌資成功幾率,幫助追夢人實現夢想,為投資者分享追夢者的創(chuàng)意,達到項目干系人滿意,從而更好發(fā)展網上眾籌這一融資模式,進而為我國中小企業(yè)融資難以及促進民間融資的正規(guī)化、合法化提供一些啟示。
