【摘要】：根據(jù)2011年招商銀行與貝恩公司推出的《2011中國(guó)私人財(cái)富報(bào)告》顯示,近三十年的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展使我國(guó)私人財(cái)富急劇膨脹,…此催生了一個(gè)巨大的私人財(cái)富管理需求市場(chǎng),私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)正成為具有良好發(fā)展前景的業(yè)務(wù)。 自傭金自山化以來(lái),券商生存環(huán)境日益惡劣,經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型迫在眉睫,大力發(fā)展私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)成為券商業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的突破口。私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)是金融機(jī)構(gòu)針對(duì)個(gè)人高凈值客戶(hù)提供的綜合金融服務(wù),是高度整合金融資源的具體表現(xiàn)。本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外金融機(jī)構(gòu)私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,歸納出私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作流程及發(fā)展模式,為興業(yè)證券開(kāi)展私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)提供理論依據(jù)和參考實(shí)證。然后結(jié)合興業(yè)證券私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出所面臨的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)這些問(wèn)題設(shè)計(jì)出符合興業(yè)證券自身特點(diǎn)的私人財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)方案。最后在方案實(shí)施中重點(diǎn)從組織架構(gòu)、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)體系建設(shè)、信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)保障及全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等方面詳細(xì)闡述了興業(yè)證券開(kāi)展財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的具體方案。 最后希望本文的研究使興業(yè)證券以發(fā)展財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)為契機(jī),通過(guò)提升客戶(hù)服務(wù)滿意度、加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、推進(jìn)金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、完善理財(cái)產(chǎn)品線、加強(qiáng)IT技術(shù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)等措施找到一條可長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)發(fā)展的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)盈利模式,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:According to the China Private Wealth report 2011 released by China Merchants Bank and Bain Company in 2011, the rapid economic development of nearly 30 years has caused the rapid expansion of private wealth in our country, which has given birth to a huge private wealth management demand market. Private wealth management is becoming a promising business. Since the commission has been turned into a mountain, the living environment of securities firms has become increasingly bad, and the transformation of brokerage business is imminent. Vigorously developing private wealth management business has become a breakthrough in the business transformation of securities companies. Private wealth management business is a comprehensive financial service provided by financial institutions for individuals with high net worth customers. It is the concrete performance of highly integrated financial resources. Firstly, through the research on the development of private wealth management business of financial institutions at home and abroad, this paper sums up the operation process and development mode of private wealth management business. To provide theoretical basis and reference for Societe Generale Securities to carry out private wealth management business. Then combined with the development of private wealth management business of Societe Generale Securities to analyze the current situation to find out the problems, According to these problems, we design a private wealth management business plan that conforms to the characteristics of Societe Generale Securities. Finally, in the implementation of the scheme, we focus on the organizational structure, the construction of the talent force, the construction of the product and service system. In this paper, the information technology platform guarantee and overall risk management are discussed in detail. Finally, I hope that the research of this paper will make SocGen Securities to develop wealth management business as an opportunity to improve customer service satisfaction, strengthen the construction of professional team, promote financial product innovation, improve financial product line. Strengthen IT technology platform construction to find a long-term sustainable development of wealth management business profit model to successfully achieve the transformation of brokerage business.
