齊魯銀行企業(yè)現(xiàn)金管理項目研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大及管理水平的提高,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營理念也在不斷轉(zhuǎn)變,傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)網(wǎng)上銀行功能,已逐漸滿足不了大型集團企業(yè)客戶資金歸集、實時劃撥、集團財務審核等個性化要求。銀行現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務的推出,大大提高了集團客戶的財務管理水平和資金運營效率,從而帶給企業(yè)安全、簡易、實時、個性化的網(wǎng)上銀行服務。 作為現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務剛剛起步的齊魯銀行,現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。本文運用齊魯銀行成功為G公司實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金管理案例的方法,結(jié)合相關的現(xiàn)金管理理論,同時借鑒國內(nèi)主流商業(yè)銀行實踐經(jīng)驗所形成的完善的現(xiàn)金管理服務方案,提出了筆者認為齊魯銀行現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務存在的不足。 在本論文中筆者首先介紹了企業(yè)的現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務的涵義、銀行推動企業(yè)現(xiàn)金管理項目的必要性、以及國內(nèi)各主流商業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)現(xiàn)金管理項目的介紹,然后對齊魯銀行成功為G公司實施現(xiàn)金管理項目的案例進行分析,最后筆者針對齊魯銀行現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務的不足提出了自己的建議:1、齊魯銀行開展現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務需要具備廣泛的物理網(wǎng)點,且必須使之成為相互聯(lián)系的結(jié)算網(wǎng)絡,才可以保證匯路的暢通,清算的正確,否則無法滿足客戶的需求;2、齊魯銀行要想把現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務做大做強應形成齊魯銀行現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品品牌,設計系統(tǒng)的解決方案,使行銀行服務的標準化和個性化相得益彰,從而更契合客戶需求;3、齊魯銀行要想留住優(yōu)質(zhì)、大型客戶應推出個性化、層次高的特色現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品,使現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品成為吸收優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶和獲取更多中間業(yè)務收入的競爭手段;4、齊魯銀行要想更好的推廣現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務應設立“產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理”角色,制定產(chǎn)品研發(fā)組織體系業(yè)務流程。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the enterprise scale and the improvement of the management level, the business philosophy of the enterprise is also changing constantly. The traditional function of online banking of enterprises has gradually failed to meet the needs of large group enterprises to collect customer funds and transfer them in real time. The introduction of bank cash management business has greatly improved the financial management level of group customers and the efficiency of capital operation, thus bringing security, simplicity, real-time, personalized online banking services to enterprises. As Qilu Bank, which has just started its cash management business, cash management business is both an opportunity and a challenge. At the same time, the author draws lessons from the domestic mainstream commercial bank practice experience to form the consummate cash management service plan, has proposed the Qilu bank cash management service existence insufficiency. In this paper, the author first introduces the meaning of cash management business, the necessity for banks to promote cash management projects, and the introduction of cash management projects of mainstream commercial banks in China. Then the case of Qilu Bank successfully implementing cash management project for G Company is analyzed. Finally, the author puts forward his own suggestion on the deficiency of Qilu Bank's cash management business. Qilu Bank needs to have a wide range of physical network to carry out cash management business, and must make it a interconnected settlement network. In order to ensure the smooth flow of the concourse and correct liquidation, otherwise it cannot meet the needs of the customers. Qilu Bank should form the Qilu Bank cash management product brand and design the solution of the system if it wants to make the cash management business bigger and stronger. The standardization and individualization of bank services complement each other, thus meeting the needs of customers even more. If Qilu wants to retain high quality, large customers should introduce personalized and high-level cash management products with special characteristics. To make cash management products a competitive means to absorb high quality customers and gain more intermediate business revenue Qilu Bank should set up the role of "product manager" and formulate the business process of product development organization system in order to promote cash management business better.
