【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟實力、綜合國力和國際競爭力的與日俱增，人民幣在亞洲地區(qū)的流通和使用范圍不斷擴大，人民幣的國際影響力和國際信譽度不斷提高，人民幣國際化成為必然趨勢。隨著亞洲經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易區(qū)的逐步建立和亞洲貨幣金融合作的發(fā)展，人民幣成為亞洲區(qū)域貨幣中不可缺少的一部分，人民幣國際化進程直接影響到亞洲貨幣合作的前景、發(fā)展模式、最終形態(tài)。隨著以美元為主導(dǎo)的國際貨幣體系內(nèi)在風險的不斷暴露，積極改革現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系、加速推動國際貨幣多元化新格局是穩(wěn)定世界金融市場的有效途徑，因此,人民幣國際化是國際貨幣體系改革的重要部分，是多元化貨幣格局的內(nèi)在要求。 但同時我們還應(yīng)看到，目前我國的金融體系尚不健全，金融市場尚未完全開放，金融監(jiān)管不夠完善，這些因素決定了人民幣實現(xiàn)國際化不可能一蹦而就。資本項目如何穩(wěn)步開放，選擇怎樣的人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略才能最大限度的規(guī)避風險，，對于這些問題的探討對中國未來幾十年的政治經(jīng)濟走向具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic strength, comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of China, the circulation and use of RMB in the Asian region has been continuously expanded, and the international influence and credibility of the renminbi have been continuously improved. With the gradual establishment of the Asian Economic and Trade area and the development of monetary and financial cooperation in Asia, the RMB has become an indispensable part of the Asian regional currency. The process of RMB internationalization has a direct impact on the prospects, development model and final form of Asian monetary cooperation. With the exposure of the inherent risks in the dollar-led international monetary system, the current international monetary system has been actively reformed. Accelerating the promotion of the new pattern of international monetary diversification is an effective way to stabilize the world financial market. Therefore, RMB internationalization is an important part of the reform of the international monetary system and the inherent requirement of the diversified monetary pattern. But at the same time, we should also see that China's financial system is not yet sound, the financial market has not yet been fully opened, and the financial supervision is not perfect enough. These factors determine that it is impossible for the RMB to realize internationalization. How to steadily open the capital account and how to choose the RMB internationalization strategy in order to avoid risks to the maximum extent. The discussion of these problems is of great theoretical and practical significance to the political and economic trend of China in the coming decades.
