【摘要】：次貸危機以來國際經(jīng)濟環(huán)境變化顯著，加之國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的推進，使我國大型商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的以存貸差為主的經(jīng)營模式難以為繼，在國際化中尋求突破口成為多數(shù)大型商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)實選擇。鑒于對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的重要性，以及國內(nèi)外相關研究的不足，本文選取具有代表性的四大商業(yè)銀行，研究其對外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇問題。在綜述國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，，本文采用規(guī)范與實證相結(jié)合的研究方法，圍繞對我國四大商業(yè)銀行較具解釋力的三大投資區(qū)位選擇理論，首先分析了四大商業(yè)銀行對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀及背后的成因，然后引入SWOT分析，進一步闡述四大商業(yè)銀行在對外直接投資中所具備的優(yōu)、劣勢，面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，并在此基礎上運用1999-2011年面板數(shù)據(jù)建立混合回歸模型進行實證分析，得出影響我國四大商業(yè)銀行對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的主要因素表現(xiàn)為雙邊投資額、東道國人均GDP、地理距離和是否為國際金融中心，最后，結(jié)合不同市場和銀行不同時期投資動因的變化，綜合提出四大商業(yè)銀行長期動態(tài)的投資路徑。指出當前階段四大商業(yè)銀行應優(yōu)先穩(wěn)固其在香港—亞洲區(qū)域的經(jīng)營網(wǎng)絡布局；在積累豐富海外投資經(jīng)驗的基礎上深化其在各大國際金融中心的滲透和發(fā)展；最后在兼具國際競爭力和歐美經(jīng)濟明確復蘇的情況下進入發(fā)達國家銀行市場，完成全面的海外布局。
[Abstract]:The remarkable changes in the international economic environment since the subprime mortgage crisis, coupled with the promotion of domestic economic transformation, make it difficult to sustain the traditional business model of large commercial banks in China, which is dominated by the difference between deposits and loans. Seeking a breakthrough in internationalization has become a realistic choice for most large commercial banks. In view of the importance of the location choice of foreign direct investment and the lack of relevant research at home and abroad, this paper selects four representative commercial banks. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper adopts the method of combining normative and empirical research. Based on the three important investment location selection theories of four commercial banks in China, this paper first analyzes the current situation and causes behind the four major commercial banks' foreign direct investment, and then introduces the SWOT analysis. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by the four commercial banks in foreign direct investment (FDI) are further expounded. On the basis of this, the mixed regression model based on the panel data from 1999 to 2011 is used to carry out empirical analysis. The main factors influencing the location choice of foreign direct investment of the four commercial banks in China are bilateral investment, GDP per capita, geographical distance and international financial center. Finally, Combined with the changes of investment motivation in different markets and different periods of time, the paper puts forward the long-term dynamic investment path of the four commercial banks, and points out that the four major commercial banks should give priority to stabilize their network layout in Hong Kong and Asia at the present stage. To deepen its penetration and development in the major international financial centres on the basis of the accumulation of rich overseas investment experience; and finally to enter the banking markets of developed countries with a combination of international competitiveness and a clear economic recovery in Europe and the United States.
