【摘要】：基于SVAR模型研究我國貨幣政策與人民幣匯率的相互作用關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國貨幣政策對匯率沖擊的反應(yīng)具有"逆經(jīng)濟風(fēng)向"的操作特征,匯率升值,貨幣政策擴張;而人民幣匯率對貨幣政策沖擊的反應(yīng)也符合經(jīng)濟理論,貨幣政策擴張會引起人民幣匯率貶值。同時,在貨幣供應(yīng)量作為貨幣政策變量時,匯率水平的反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)典的超調(diào)現(xiàn)象,但在名義利率作為貨幣政策變量時,匯率的反應(yīng)曲線則表現(xiàn)為延遲的超調(diào)現(xiàn)象�？傮w上,我國貨幣政策對人民幣匯率變動非常敏感,相反人民幣匯率對貨幣政策的反應(yīng)相對較弱。
[Abstract]:Based on the SVAR model, the paper studies the interaction between China's monetary policy and RMB exchange rate, and finds that the response of China's monetary policy to exchange rate shock has the operational characteristics of "counter economic wind direction", exchange rate appreciation and monetary policy expansion. The response of the RMB exchange rate to the impact of monetary policy is also in line with economic theory. The expansion of monetary policy will cause the RMB exchange rate to depreciate. At the same time, when the money supply is taken as a monetary policy variable, The response of exchange rate level is classical overshoot phenomenon, but when nominal interest rate is taken as monetary policy variable, the response curve of exchange rate is shown as delayed overshoot phenomenon. Generally speaking, China's monetary policy is very sensitive to the change of RMB exchange rate. On the contrary, the RMB exchange rate is relatively weak in response to monetary policy.
