【摘要】：金融租賃因其融資融物的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,成為了金融市場中炙手可熱的金融工具,為企業(yè)拓寬融資渠道、更新技術(shù)設(shè)備以及促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品銷售開辟了新的道路。我國金融租賃近幾年來取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的進(jìn)展,各類融資租賃公司的數(shù)量、業(yè)務(wù)、規(guī)模等都獲得了前所未有的增長。對(duì)于從事金融租賃項(xiàng)目的公司來說,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范是其發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)過程中的重中之重。金融租賃集融資融物于一體的復(fù)雜性決定了融資租賃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在于金融租賃活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)任一環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的疏忽,都可能對(duì)融資租賃公司的整體效益產(chǎn)生極大的影響,因此,融資租賃公司要完善其內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制制度,強(qiáng)化外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理手段,就必須對(duì)金融租賃項(xiàng)目和其對(duì)應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有深刻了解。BW金融租賃有限公司是廣西區(qū)內(nèi)首家金融租賃公司,自2012年成立以來,對(duì)公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作就一直保持高度重視,在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面都有相應(yīng)的制度規(guī)范。但因?yàn)榻鹑谧赓U是一個(gè)復(fù)雜、多樣的金融工具,BW金融租賃有限公司在其發(fā)展過程中不可避免地會(huì)面臨一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),遭受一定損失,甚至導(dǎo)致破產(chǎn)。因此,在BW金融租賃有限公司的經(jīng)營過程中,如何對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行有效的識(shí)別、評(píng)估和控制就成了影響B(tài)W金融租賃有限公司能否穩(wěn)步健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文通過分析我國金融租賃業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施,結(jié)合BW金融租賃有限公司的實(shí)際經(jīng)營情況和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理情況,并借鑒國外金融租賃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控手段,提出對(duì)BW金融租賃有限公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理切實(shí)有效的改進(jìn)方案,以幫助BW金融租賃有限公司實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,更好的助力于廣西的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,也為其他融資租賃公司,尤其是金融租賃公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique advantages in financing and financing, financial leasing has become a hot financial instrument in the financial market, and has broadened financing channels for enterprises. The upgrading of technology and equipment and the promotion of product sales have opened up a new road. China's financial leasing has made rapid progress in recent years, the number and business of various financial leasing companies, For financial leasing projects, companies that are involved in financial leasing projects have seen unprecedented growth. Risk prevention is the most important part in the development of financial leasing. The complexity of financial leasing financing in one determines that the risk of financial leasing exists in every link of financial leasing activities, and neglects the risk management of any link. Therefore, the financial leasing company should perfect its internal risk control system and strengthen the external risk management means. It is necessary to have a deep understanding of the financial leasing project and its corresponding risks. BW Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. is the first financial leasing company in Guangxi. Since its establishment in 2012, it has always attached great importance to the risk management work of the company. There are corresponding regulations in risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. However, because financial leasing is a complex and diverse financial instrument, BW financial leasing limited company will inevitably face some risks in its development. Suffered certain losses, even led to bankruptcy. Therefore, in the operating process of BW Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., how to effectively identify the risks, Evaluation and control have become the key to the steady and healthy development of BW Financial Lease Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of financial leasing industry in China, the existing risks and risk prevention and control measures, Combining with the actual operation and risk management of BW Financial Lease Co., Ltd., and referring to the risk prevention and control means of foreign financial leasing, the paper puts forward a practical and effective improvement scheme to the risk management of BW Financial Lease Co., Ltd. In order to help BW Financial Lease Co., Ltd. to achieve a stable development, a better help to the economic development of Guangxi, but also for other financial leasing companies, especially financial leasing companies to provide reference for risk management.
