【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加快，中國國內(nèi)市場開放度不斷提高，外商直接投資流入中國的規(guī)模也在逐步擴(kuò)大，外資在我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中發(fā)揮著愈加重要的作用。外商直接投資進(jìn)入東道國，從事生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)，不僅直接推動(dòng)著中國農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展，而且對新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、農(nóng)民就業(yè)、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定都有著重要的推動(dòng)作用。目前，大量的跨國公司在中國落戶，中國利用外資的規(guī)模與日俱增，外資對中國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)方面都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)而重大的影響。本文為應(yīng)用性研究，介紹了研究這一問題的大的時(shí)代背景，以及研究該問題的意義所在�；仡櫫酥袊r(nóng)業(yè)利用外資的發(fā)展歷程，通過數(shù)據(jù)我們試圖我國農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，以及分析了形成這種特點(diǎn)的原因是什么。同時(shí)對外資對農(nóng)業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)用實(shí)證的方法分析了其貢獻(xiàn)度。在研究問題過程中應(yīng)放眼世界，其他國家和地區(qū)在面臨同樣問題是如何解決的，在解決的過程中哪些做法是成功的同時(shí)哪些做法又產(chǎn)生了那些新的，這些都是值得我們深思的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。通過分析我們找到了我國農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資偏少的原因，又通過國外農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資的經(jīng)驗(yàn)我們得到了一定的啟發(fā)，，在此基礎(chǔ)上本文有針對性的提出了解決問題的建議，提出了中國農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資的發(fā)展策略，指明了中國農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資的發(fā)展方向。本文運(yùn)用規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，多層次多角度地分析外商直接投資對中國農(nóng)業(yè)的影響。 第一章是緒論。主要介紹論文的選題背景與研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)、國內(nèi)外研究綜述等。 第二章是外商對中國農(nóng)業(yè)投資的現(xiàn)狀分析和農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資偏少原因的分析。 第三章是介紹中國農(nóng)業(yè)利用外資對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)以及影響外資流向我國農(nóng)業(yè)的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。 第四章是放眼全球?qū)W習(xí)和吸取國外農(nóng)業(yè)在利用外資中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)，為我國農(nóng)業(yè)在利用外資發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的道路少走彎路提供參考。 第五章是利用外商投資促進(jìn)中國農(nóng)業(yè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the opening of China's domestic market continues to improve, and the scale of foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows into China is gradually expanding. Foreign capital plays an increasingly important role in China's agricultural economy. Foreign direct investment in the host country, engaged in production and management activities, not only directly promote the development of Chinese agriculture, but also the construction of new rural areas. At present, a large number of multinational companies have settled in China, and the scale of using foreign capital in China is increasing day by day. Foreign investment has a profound and significant impact on all aspects of China's agricultural economy. This paper introduces the background of the research on this issue for the purpose of application research. And the significance of the study of this issue. Reviewed the development of foreign investment in agriculture in China, through the data we try to use foreign investment in agriculture in China's development characteristics. At the same time, the paper analyzes the contribution of foreign capital to agriculture by empirical method. In the process of studying the problem, we should look around the world. Other countries and regions are faced with the same problems in how to solve, in the process of solving which practices are successful and which practices have produced those new. These are the experiences and lessons we should think deeply about. By analyzing the reasons why the foreign investment in agriculture is less utilized in our country, we have gained some enlightenment through the experience of foreign agricultural utilization of foreign capital. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem, and puts forward the development strategy of China's agricultural utilization of foreign capital. This paper points out the development direction of China's agricultural utilization of foreign capital. This paper uses the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The influence of foreign direct investment on Chinese agriculture is analyzed from multi-level and multi-angle. The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis, research content, research methods, main innovation points, domestic and foreign research review. The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of foreign investment in agriculture and the reasons for the low utilization of foreign investment in agriculture. The third chapter is an empirical analysis of the contribution of foreign investment to agricultural development and the factors that affect the flow of foreign capital to agriculture in China. Chapter 4th is to look at the world and learn from the successful experience and lessons of foreign agriculture in the utilization of foreign capital, and provide a reference for China's agriculture in the use of foreign investment in the development of agricultural economy road less detours. Chapter 5th is the policy suggestion of using foreign investment to promote Chinese agriculture.
