【摘要】：近十幾年來,以金磚國家巴西、俄羅斯、印度、南非和中國為代表的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的對(duì)外直接投異軍突起,在世界對(duì)外直接投資中扮演著越來越重要的角色。特別是中國的對(duì)外直接投資,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷加深、外匯儲(chǔ)備的持續(xù)增長以及政府政策的支持,中國的企業(yè)不斷擴(kuò)大對(duì)外直接投資的規(guī)模,擴(kuò)大對(duì)外直接投資的廣度和深度。本文通過對(duì)金磚國家——巴西、俄羅斯、印度、南非以及中國對(duì)外直接投資的定性和定量兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較分析,以探索金磚國家的對(duì)外直接投資的特點(diǎn)；金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的地區(qū)和行業(yè)分布；以及中國應(yīng)如何立足自身、使本國的對(duì)外直接投資持續(xù)增長等問題。希望能為該領(lǐng)域的研究提供一些有用的幫助。 本文首先系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于傳統(tǒng)的對(duì)外直接投資理論和新興起的關(guān)于發(fā)展中國家的對(duì)外投資理論以及我們所用到的相關(guān)性分析和線性回歸的相關(guān)理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上先后對(duì)金磚國家本身的自然條件、金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)、金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的地區(qū)和行業(yè)分布情況、金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的主要因素進(jìn)行了比較分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文的觀點(diǎn),得出結(jié)論。最后,針對(duì)金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),本文就中國政府如何增強(qiáng)本國的對(duì)外直接投資能力提出了自己的政策建議。 本文力求在以下三個(gè)方面有自己的特點(diǎn)：(1)對(duì)金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的研究在定量分析上有所涉獵,采用比較規(guī)范的研究方法,如：對(duì)比研究、實(shí)證研究,希望能在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)金磚國家在對(duì)外直接投資領(lǐng)域研究的空白。但由于數(shù)據(jù)的可得性的限制,在樣本數(shù)量的選擇上、參數(shù)數(shù)量的設(shè)定上,在未來的研究中還需要做進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)；(2)本文收集大量的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)金磚國家的對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)、金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的地區(qū)和行業(yè)分布情況、金磚國家對(duì)外直接投資的主要因素進(jìn)行相互比較分析,進(jìn)而找出金磚國家在對(duì)外直接投資方面各自所特有的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),從而對(duì)中國政府在對(duì)外直接投資政策的制定方面給出自己的意見。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, the emerging economies, represented by the BRICS countries Brazil, Russia, India, South Africa and China, have made a sudden increase in foreign direct investment. It plays a more and more important role in the world foreign direct investment, especially China's foreign direct investment, with the deepening of economic globalization, the continuous growth of foreign exchange reserves and the support of government policies. Chinese enterprises continue to expand the scale of foreign direct investment, expand the scope and depth of foreign direct investment. This paper through the BRICS countries-Brazil, Russia, India. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of FDI in South Africa and China is carried out in order to explore the characteristics of OFDI in BRICS countries. Regional and industrial distribution of BRICS OFDI; And how China should base itself and make its foreign direct investment continue to grow and so on. Hope to provide some useful help for the research in this field. Firstly, this paper systematically summarizes the traditional foreign direct investment theory and the newly emerging theory of foreign direct investment in developing countries, as well as the correlation analysis and linear regression theory used by us. On this basis, the natural conditions of BRICS countries, the current situation and characteristics of BRICS FDI, and the regional and industry distribution of BRICS FDI are also discussed. On the basis of comparative analysis of the main factors of BRICS OFDI, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of this paper and draws a conclusion. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of BRICS OFDI are analyzed. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to strengthen China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) capacity. This paper tries to have its own characteristics in the following three aspects: (1) the study of BRICS FDI in quantitative analysis, using more standardized research methods, such as: comparative study. Empirical research, hoping to make up the gap of BRICS research in the field of FDI to some extent. However, due to the limitation of data availability, the selection of sample size, the setting of parameters. Further improvements are needed in future research; This paper collects a lot of data, the status and characteristics of BRICS OFDI, and the regional and industry distribution of BRICS OFDI. The main factors of BRICS OFDI are compared and analyzed to find out the advantages and disadvantages of BRICS countries in OFDI. Thus, the Chinese government in the formulation of foreign direct investment policy to give their own views.
