【摘要】:HT證券投資銀行事業(yè)總部設(shè)立于2004年,主要為客戶提供一級市場融資等各類服務(wù),業(yè)務(wù)范圍覆蓋IPO輔導,增發(fā)、配股,公司債券的保薦、承銷,企業(yè)兼并重組等財務(wù)顧問業(yè)務(wù),私募債券,新三板業(yè)務(wù)等。 我國國民經(jīng)濟多年的持續(xù)增長,為我國資本市場形成和發(fā)展提供了堅實基礎(chǔ),多年來形成了一定規(guī)模。未來經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長預(yù)期,為我國資本市場的深入發(fā)展以及結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整帶來了良好的環(huán)境。資本市場的持續(xù)發(fā)展為證券公司的生存和發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。 作為中小券商的HT證券,排名一直靠后且有持續(xù)下降持趨勢,且投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)一直處于弱勢地位。近期股市低迷,資本市場寒潮襲來,但另一方面,資本市場創(chuàng)新的呼聲日益高潮,相關(guān)部門也在積極推動券商創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)。IPO發(fā)審制度的持續(xù)改革,公司債的擴容,場外市場業(yè)務(wù)即將全面推開,中小企業(yè)私募債也正在普及,資產(chǎn)證券化在停滯多年后已經(jīng)重啟。對于中小券商來說,這無疑是一次機遇。 本文通過對投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的全面分析,找出HT證券投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略定位:“以點帶面”的拉動式戰(zhàn)略,具體來說,就是以創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)為突破口,以傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)為依托,在一個相對較長的時間內(nèi)逐步形成公司的投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)品牌。提出實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略的組織模式,即“大業(yè)務(wù)部門+團隊”模式,通過優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及制度建設(shè),實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標。 本文擬通過重新定位投行戰(zhàn)略以及組織模式設(shè)計,,力爭公司在投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)開展方面取得突破。同時對中小券商在新形勢下找準定位,謀求大券商合圍下的生存之道具有借簽意義。
[Abstract]:HT Securities Investment Bank headquarters was established in 2004, mainly to provide customers with first-level market financing and other services, business scope covered IPO guidance, issuance, rights, corporate bonds recommendation, underwriting. Corporate mergers and restructuring and other financial advisory business, private bonds, new third board business and so on. The sustained growth of our national economy for many years provides a solid foundation for the formation and development of our country's capital market, and for many years it has formed a certain scale and the expectation of sustained economic growth in the future. The sustainable development of capital market has laid a good foundation for the survival and development of securities companies. HT securities, as a small and medium-sized securities companies, has been behind the ranking and has a continuing downward trend, and investment banking business has been in a weak position. Recent stock market downturn, the capital market cold hit, but on the other hand. The voice of capital market innovation is increasingly high, the relevant departments are also actively promoting the continuing reform of the securities firms' innovative business. IPO issuance and review system, the expansion of corporate debt, the over-the-counter market business will be fully open. Small and medium-sized private equity debt is also spreading, asset securitisation has resumed after years of stagnation, for small and medium-sized brokers, this is undoubtedly an opportunity. Through the comprehensive analysis of investment banking business, this paper finds out the strategic orientation of HT securities investment bank business: "point to face" pull strategy, specifically, to innovate business as a breakthrough. Based on the traditional business, the investment banking brand of the company is gradually formed in a relatively long period of time. The organizational mode of realizing the strategy, that is, the "big business department team" model, is put forward. Through the optimization of the organizational structure and system construction, achieve strategic objectives. This paper intends to reposition the investment bank strategy and organizational model design, and strive to achieve a breakthrough in investment banking business development. At the same time, small and medium-sized securities companies in the new situation to find the correct positioning. Seeking large securities companies around the survival of props have signalling significance.
