【摘要】：正如何促使金融業(yè)既能為節(jié)能減排提供強有力的資金支持,又能更好地發(fā)揮其作為經(jīng)濟杠桿的作用,值得相關(guān)部門密功關(guān)注國家實施振興東北地區(qū)老工業(yè)基地戰(zhàn)略以來,老工業(yè)基地的各項事業(yè)重新煥發(fā)了生機,而對東北地區(qū)老工業(yè)基地節(jié)能減排的相關(guān)金融支持政策,這些年也在不斷變化和改善,尤其是"十一五"期間,老工業(yè)基地節(jié)能減排工作取得了重要進展。但同時也應(yīng)該看到,"十二五"期間國內(nèi)外形勢
[Abstract]:How to promote the financial industry not only to provide strong financial support for energy conservation and emission reduction, but also to better play its role as an economic lever. Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the undertakings of the old industrial base have been revitalized again. The relevant financial support policies on energy saving and emission reduction in the old industrial bases in Northeast China are also changing and improving in recent years, especially during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period. Important progress has been made in energy conservation and emission reduction in the old industrial bases.
