【摘要】：正國際金融安全本質(zhì)上緣于非儲備貨幣國家對儲備貨幣不足或儲備貨幣匯率激烈波動的擔(dān)心,這實(shí)際上是對第三方貨幣過于依賴所導(dǎo)致的后果國際金融安全的本質(zhì)在黃金作為世界貨幣的歷史背景下,世界各國沒有當(dāng)今的國際金融煩惱和國際金融安全問題,只有黃金不足的支付危機(jī)或黃金借貸的信用危機(jī)。20世紀(jì)以來的各國經(jīng)濟(jì)或金融危機(jī)基本都與美元相關(guān):或者表現(xiàn)為因美元短缺而不能清償?shù)膫鶆?wù)危
[Abstract]:International financial security is due essentially to the concern of non-reserve currency countries about the shortage of reserve currencies or the fierce fluctuations of reserve currencies exchange rates. This is actually the consequence of excessive reliance on third-party currencies the nature of international financial security in the historical context of gold as a world currency. Countries in the world do not have the current international financial worries and international financial security problems. Only a payment crisis of gold shortage or a credit crisis of gold borrowing. The economic or financial crises of various countries since the 20th century are basically related to the dollar: or they are shown as a debt crisis that cannot be repaid because of a shortage of dollars
