G銀行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包案例分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),各銀行信用卡中心更注重內(nèi)部運(yùn)作流程效率提升和內(nèi)部成本控制,信用卡業(yè)務(wù)逐步成為各銀行的業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)。有鑒于此,論文選擇G銀行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包案例作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部實(shí)施外包業(yè)務(wù),并對(duì)外包運(yùn)作實(shí)施過程中的外包運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)類型選擇、外包商開發(fā)和評(píng)估、外包業(yè)務(wù)效益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等各方面進(jìn)行深入分析,并對(duì)銀行同業(yè)中進(jìn)行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包提出優(yōu)化建議和發(fā)展方向。 本文首先結(jié)合信用卡基本理論方法及外包理論方法的研究文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行梳理與歸納。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外信用卡基本理論、外包理論基礎(chǔ)及信用卡業(yè)務(wù)外包研究現(xiàn)狀等問題進(jìn)行一一闡述,為G銀行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包案例分析提供必要的理論基礎(chǔ)和分析依據(jù)。其次,本文以G銀行信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包真實(shí)情況為案例,詳細(xì)描述了金融外包市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、銀行信用卡經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)情況和銀行信用卡外包具體業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作各方面的情況。通過對(duì)案例情況的基礎(chǔ)上,在信用卡業(yè)務(wù)外包運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)類型選擇、外包商開發(fā)和評(píng)估、外包業(yè)務(wù)效益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等各方面對(duì)案例展開了研究和分析。最后,,根據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果,并結(jié)合金融外包市場(chǎng)發(fā)展情況對(duì)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)優(yōu)化和業(yè)務(wù)外包管理及發(fā)展規(guī)劃作出探討研究,促進(jìn)中國(guó)信用卡行業(yè)和中國(guó)金融外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)共同發(fā)展。 通過上述的研究和分析,本文認(rèn)為銀行將其信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施外包具有必然性,業(yè)務(wù)外包可以為銀行帶來(lái)效率提高、質(zhì)量提升、成本下降和應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境靈活性增強(qiáng)等各項(xiàng)效益;銀行實(shí)施外包業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)應(yīng)在在業(yè)務(wù)類型選擇、外包商選擇、日常管理評(píng)估等環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)施各項(xiàng)管理措施和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制手段,可保證信用卡運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)外包的成功。
[Abstract]:In recent years, each bank credit card center pays more attention to the internal operation process efficiency enhancement and the internal cost control, the credit card business gradually becomes each bank's business focal point. The paper chooses G bank credit card operation outsourcing case as the research object, and carries out the outsourcing business inside the credit card operation business of our country commercial bank. And the outsourcing operation in the implementation process of the selection of business types, outsourcing business development and evaluation, outsourcing business efficiency and risk control and other aspects of in-depth analysis. And put forward the optimization suggestion and the development direction to carry on the credit card operation outsourcing in the interbank. This paper firstly combs and induces the basic theory and method of credit card at home and abroad by combining the research literature of the basic theory method of credit card and outsourcing theory method. The theoretical basis of outsourcing and the current situation of the research on credit card outsourcing are expounded one by one to provide the necessary theoretical basis and analysis basis for the G bank credit card business outsourcing case analysis. Secondly. This article takes G bank credit card operation business outsourcing as a case, describes the current situation of financial outsourcing market in detail. The bank credit card business and the bank credit card outsourcing specific business operation of all aspects of the situation. Through the case of the basis of the case in the credit card business outsourcing business type selection, outsourcing business development and evaluation. Outsourcing benefits and risk control and other aspects of the case study and analysis. Finally, according to the above analysis results. Combined with the development of financial outsourcing market, this paper makes a study on the continuous optimization of credit card business and the management and development planning of business outsourcing, in order to promote the common development of credit card industry and financial outsourcing industry in China. Through the above research and analysis, this paper thinks that it is inevitable for banks to outsource their credit card operations, and outsourcing can improve the efficiency and quality of banks. Benefits such as reduced costs and increased flexibility to respond to the environment; In order to ensure the success of credit card business outsourcing, banks should implement various management measures and risk control measures in the selection of business types, selection of outsourcing providers, daily management evaluation and so on.
