【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的今天顯得愈加的重要。它關(guān)系著整個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定，對(duì)國(guó)家各行各業(yè)的健康發(fā)展都有直接或間接的影響。而對(duì)比國(guó)外，許多跨國(guó)銀行在社會(huì)責(zé)任的實(shí)踐上都有寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文則選取了在全球銀行業(yè)處于“領(lǐng)頭羊”地位的花旗銀行作為例子，主要從商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任出發(fā)，通過(guò)對(duì)其背景、理論基礎(chǔ)以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀來(lái)展開(kāi)論述，并著重對(duì)花旗銀行在社會(huì)責(zé)任實(shí)踐中的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及失敗教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行闡述，對(duì)比我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任踐行情況以及所存在的問(wèn)題，提出完善的建議。本研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為，，我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行需要學(xué)習(xí)花旗銀行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)也要警惕花旗過(guò)往的失敗教訓(xùn)，制定銀行的商業(yè)道德準(zhǔn)則，營(yíng)造銀行內(nèi)部開(kāi)放、透明的文化氛圍；完善銀行內(nèi)部機(jī)制，提升銀行踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任的能力；制定適合中國(guó)的綠色信貸體系；建立起與行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、非政府組織的社會(huì)責(zé)任合作機(jī)制；在行業(yè)內(nèi)積極預(yù)防金融犯罪；切實(shí)為客戶(hù)利益著想；充分保護(hù)員工權(quán)益；致力于促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展；主動(dòng)為社區(qū)為社會(huì)做貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The social responsibility of commercial banks is becoming more and more important in the rapid economic development of China today, which is related to the development of the whole country's economy and the stability of the society. It has direct or indirect influence on the healthy development of various industries of the country. Many multinational banks have valuable experience in the practice of social responsibility. This paper takes Citibank, which is in the leading position in the global banking industry, as an example, mainly starting from the social responsibility of commercial banks. Through its background, theoretical basis and the current research situation at home and abroad to start to discuss, and focus on Citibank in the practice of social responsibility in the advanced experience and failure lessons are expounded. By comparing the social responsibility practice and the existing problems of domestic commercial banks, the author puts forward some suggestions. The conclusion of this study is that China's domestic commercial banks need to learn from the experience of Citibank. At the same time, we should also guard against the lessons of Citi's past failures, formulate the commercial moral code of banks, and create a cultural atmosphere of openness and transparency within banks; Perfecting the internal mechanism of the bank and enhancing the ability of the bank to carry out the social responsibility; To establish a green credit system suitable for China; (a) establish mechanisms for cooperation on social responsibility with industry associations and non-governmental organizations; To actively prevent financial crimes in the industry; Practical consideration for the interests of customers; Fully protect the rights and interests of employees; To promote sustainable development and environmental protection; Take the initiative to contribute to the community.
