【摘要】：城市商業(yè)銀行以“服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、服務(wù)中小企業(yè)和服務(wù)城市居民”為市場(chǎng)定位，為中小企業(yè)提供金融支持，為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)搭橋鋪路，豐富了多層次城市金融服務(wù)體系，成為國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行和股份制銀行之外，我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的重要組成部分。 本文的主要目的是探究我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行實(shí)際跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)與銀行效率之間的關(guān)系。首先本文對(duì)我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了回顧，對(duì)其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了具體介紹。其次，本文介紹了城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程以及現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題。最后本文選擇了自2007年開(kāi)始進(jìn)行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的二十家城市商業(yè)銀行為樣本，通過(guò)DEA（數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析）模型對(duì)樣本銀行2007年至2011年五年間的銀行效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算，并將測(cè)算結(jié)果與其他幾種因素通過(guò)Eviews6.0對(duì)銀行效率進(jìn)行回歸分析，最后得到城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)與銀行效率之間有著明顯的正相關(guān)關(guān)系，即跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)樣本銀行的效率產(chǎn)生了顯著的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:City commercial banks take "serving local economy, serving small and medium-sized enterprises and serving urban residents" as the market orientation, providing financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and paving the way for local economy to build bridges. It enriches the multi-level urban financial service system and becomes an important part of the banking industry besides state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the actual cross-regional management and banking efficiency of urban commercial banks in China. Firstly, this paper reviews the development of urban commercial banks in China. Secondly, this paper introduces the development process and current situation of cross-regional management of urban commercial banks. On this basis, this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of cross-regional operation of urban commercial banks. Finally, this paper selects 20 urban commercial banks which have been operating cross-region since 2007 as a sample. The bank efficiency was measured by DEA-data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model during the five years from 2007 to 2011. And the results of the calculation and other factors through Eviews6.0 regression analysis of bank efficiency, finally, the city commercial banks cross-regional operation and bank efficiency has a clear positive correlation. That is, cross-regional operation has significantly promoted the efficiency of the sample banks.
