【摘要】：摘要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和國際環(huán)境的深刻變化,人民幣大幅升值已成既定事實,并且處在預(yù)期繼續(xù)上升值的通道上,由此給我國的許多正在實施國際化戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)帶來了很大的挑戰(zhàn),加大了出口風(fēng)險和跨國經(jīng)營的風(fēng)險。如何進(jìn)行外匯風(fēng)險防范管理以及如何構(gòu)建外匯風(fēng)險防范體系已成為了這些企業(yè)在國際競爭中不容回避和需要迫切解決的問題。 本文在總結(jié)外匯和外匯風(fēng)險管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了我國輸變電設(shè)備制造業(yè)企業(yè)在實施國際化戰(zhàn)略過程中所面臨的外匯風(fēng)險,及外匯風(fēng)險所帶來的影響和管理現(xiàn)狀。針對上述企業(yè)在外匯風(fēng)險管理中普遍存在的問題,并以特變電工衡陽變壓器有限公司的外匯風(fēng)險管理作為案例,結(jié)合行業(yè)、產(chǎn)品特性,從公司的出口戰(zhàn)略、出口合同條款及利用金融衍生工具等多個方面防范外匯風(fēng)險的可行性進(jìn)行分析,對防范風(fēng)險的方法進(jìn)行篩選及優(yōu)化組合,提出出口戰(zhàn)略和出口業(yè)務(wù)兩方面的防范外匯風(fēng)險方案,并嘗試運用“九宮格”外匯風(fēng)險管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建該公司的外匯風(fēng)險防范體系。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of China's economy and the profound changes in the international environment, a substantial appreciation of the RMB has become a fait accompli, and it is in the channel of expected further rising value. This brings great challenges to many enterprises that are implementing internationalization strategy in our country. How to carry out foreign exchange risk prevention management and how to construct foreign exchange risk prevention system have become the unavoidable and urgent problems for these enterprises in the international competition. . On the basis of summarizing the theory of foreign exchange and foreign exchange risk management, this paper analyzes the foreign exchange risk faced by China's transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing enterprises in the process of implementing international strategy. Aiming at the common problems in the foreign exchange risk management of the above enterprises, and taking the foreign exchange risk management of Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd as a case study. Combined with industry, product characteristics, from the company's export strategy, export contract terms and the use of financial derivatives and other aspects of foreign exchange risk prevention feasibility analysis. The methods of risk prevention are screened and optimized, and the export strategy and export business are put forward to prevent foreign exchange risk. And try to use the "Jiugong GE" foreign exchange risk management system to build the company's foreign exchange risk prevention system.
