【摘要】：次貸危機(jī)的爆發(fā),證明金融消費(fèi)者保護(hù)已經(jīng)成為金融體系能否健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題,因此,對于該項(xiàng)問題的研究具有深遠(yuǎn)的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文將選擇零售金融市場為切入點(diǎn),根據(jù)我國零售金融產(chǎn)品市場供求雙方的互動(dòng)特征以及消費(fèi)者的認(rèn)知偏誤,構(gòu)建理論模型,分析現(xiàn)有交易模式下,可能對金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益造成損害的潛在原因,力爭為金融消費(fèi)者保護(hù)實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù),并起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis proves that the financial consumer protection has become a key issue for the healthy and sustainable development of the financial system. The research on this issue has profound theoretical value and practical significance. This paper will choose the retail financial market as the starting point. According to the interactive characteristics of the supply and demand of the retail financial products market in China and the cognitive bias of the consumers, this paper constructs a theoretical model and analyzes the potential causes of damage to the rights and interests of financial consumers under the existing trading model. Strive to provide theoretical basis for the practice of financial consumer protection, and play a role in promoting.
