【摘要】: 外資銀行在中國的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是與中國改革開放的步伐緊密相連的,隨著中國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的不斷變遷,外資銀行也在不停探索在中國的發(fā)展道路。2006年12月11日,中國履行對WTO承諾,銀行業(yè)對外資銀行全面開放,在這樣的形勢下,外資銀行將面臨怎樣的市場環(huán)境?相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略又該如何制定呢?對上述問題的回答正是本論文的研究目的。 本文依據(jù)的理論主要為戰(zhàn)略管理理論,使用的分析工具主要是SWOT分析矩陣。筆者以外資銀行的角度為出發(fā)點,對全面開放后的在華外資銀行可能采取的競爭戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析和研究。 文章首先簡要回顧了外資銀行在華的發(fā)展歷史及戰(zhàn)略特點,接著分析了外資銀行在華發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,然后根據(jù)SWOT分析框架,著重分析了外資銀行在華發(fā)展其自身所具備的競爭優(yōu)勢和競爭劣勢,以及外部環(huán)境所提供的發(fā)展機會和面臨的威脅,繪制SWOT分析矩陣得出四組戰(zhàn)略組合(SO、WO、ST、WT),通過進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略組合分析得出外資銀行在華發(fā)展可能選擇的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。不同的外資銀行由于自身條件的不同以及對環(huán)境適應(yīng)的能力不同,所選擇的戰(zhàn)略也各不相同,本文按照外資銀行類型的不同推薦了各自不同的適宜發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,對眾多外資銀行在中國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究做到既有共性又有個性特點。文章的最后對戰(zhàn)略的實施對策結(jié)合具體案例進(jìn)行了探討,論證了戰(zhàn)略實施的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:The development strategy of foreign banks in China is closely linked with the pace of China's reform and opening up, with the continuous changes of China's political and economic environment. Foreign banks are also constantly exploring the way to develop in China. In December 11th 2006, China fulfilled its commitment to WTO and the banking industry was fully open to foreign banks. What kind of market environment will foreign banks face? How should the corresponding strategy be formulated? The answer to the above question is the purpose of this thesis. This paper is based on the theory of strategic management, the use of analysis tools is mainly SWOT analysis matrix. The author from the perspective of foreign banks as the starting point. This paper analyzes and studies the possible competitive strategy of foreign banks in China after full opening. This paper first reviews the history and strategic characteristics of foreign banks in China, then analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of the development of foreign banks in China, and then according to the SWOT analysis framework. This paper mainly analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of foreign banks in China, as well as the development opportunities and threats that the external environment provides. The SWOT analysis matrix was drawn and four strategic combinations were obtained. Through the strategic combination analysis, the development strategy that foreign banks may choose in China is obtained. Different foreign banks have different ability to adapt to the environment because of their own conditions. According to the different types of foreign banks, this paper recommends different strategies for appropriate development. Research on the development strategy of many foreign banks in China to achieve both general and individual characteristics. Finally, the implementation of the strategy combined with specific cases were discussed. The rationality and feasibility of strategic implementation are demonstrated.
