【摘要】：從GDP總量上來看，2012年，中國已經(jīng)成為世界第二經(jīng)濟大國。而且，在可預測的未來，中國經(jīng)濟還將保持快速增長，中國經(jīng)濟不管是從質上還是量上都將不斷提高，中國經(jīng)濟必將會在世界中占有具足輕重的地位。而作為一國經(jīng)濟的國際影響力的重要象征之一，，如何解決人民幣的國際化問題就顯得越來越迫切了。近年來，國內(nèi)學者針對人民幣國際化做了許多研究，人民幣國際化問題顯然已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟界的熱門話題之一，學者們提出了很多有助于人民幣國際化的建議。本文通過分析人民幣國際化所面臨的問題，提出發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場來促進人民幣的國際化，并為發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場提出了一些建議。 全文分為五個部分，第一部分簡要介紹了選題背景與研究意義，同時對國內(nèi)外有關人民幣國際化與離岸金融市場的相關研究文獻進行了綜述。 第二部分主要分析了人民幣國際化的現(xiàn)狀以及所遇到的障礙。最后從人民幣國際化的現(xiàn)狀以及所遇到的障礙出發(fā)，引出了發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場的戰(zhàn)略性意義，從而提出了人民幣離岸市場的研究問題。 第三部分首先介紹了上世紀歐洲美元市場的發(fā)展進程及其對美元國際化的影響，然后總結了歐洲美元市場對人民幣國際化的借鑒意義。 第四部分首先說明了為什么要在香港、新加坡、倫敦三地發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場，然后分別介紹了這三地在發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場上具有的優(yōu)勢，以及這三地人民幣離岸市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 第五部分則對發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場提出了一些政策措施。
[Abstract]:In 2012, China became the second largest economy in the world in terms of total GDP. Moreover, in the foreseeable future, China's economy will maintain rapid growth. China's economy will continue to improve both qualitatively and quantitatively, and China's economy will surely occupy an important position in the world, and as one of the important symbols of the international influence of a country's economy. How to solve the problem of RMB internationalization is becoming more and more urgent. In recent years, domestic scholars have done a lot of research on RMB internationalization. The issue of RMB internationalization has obviously become one of the hot topics in domestic economic circles. Scholars have put forward a lot of suggestions to help the internationalization of RMB. This paper analyzes the problems faced by RMB internationalization. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of RMB offshore market to promote the internationalization of RMB. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on RMB internationalization and offshore financial market. The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of RMB internationalization and the obstacles encountered. Finally, from the current situation of RMB internationalization and the obstacles encountered, it leads to the strategic significance of the development of RMB offshore market. Thus, the research on the offshore market of RMB is put forward. The third part first introduces the development process of the European dollar market in 0th century and its impact on the internationalization of the dollar, and then summarizes the reference significance of the European dollar market to the RMB internationalization. Part 4th first explains why the offshore market of RMB should be developed in Hong Kong, Singapore and London, and then introduces the advantages of these three places in the development of offshore market of RMB. As well as these three places RMB offshore market development present situation. The 5th part puts forward some policy measures to develop the offshore market of RMB.
